    I have been up for 13 hours now and ate only a muffin for breakfast. I'm would think i'd be hungry, but sipping water makes me feel fine.

    You should cook up some eggs man, give your body some much needed fuel.


    Sometimes when I don't feel like eating I'll make a protein shake. It's done in 5 minutes and I don't have to bother chewing. :2thumbsup:

    I haven't been hungry probably because of that monster bowl of ice cream I ate last night before I went to bed. I'm also someone who does not eat every time I feel hungry.

    I'm like that recently. I had something after work at about 10pm on Sunday, then only water until I had something last night around 10pm. It's becoming a pattern now with work.
