started off cold here...i almost switched to pants but then it warmed up a bit ...cloudy and shitty overall though...lots of flooding nearby even the main highway is down due to multiple washouts

 

I have poison ivy on my hand, arm and neck...

This weekend they changed the shows/scheduling on late-night (plain people) tv here. THAT SUCKS BALLS SO BAD! Lots of paid (pain, as I call it) programming and shows I hate 3 to 5 times in 3 hours. :banghead:

ftr, plain people tv is tv that you get when you plug it in the wall and use antennae.

That still works? I thought everything went digital by now... I don't have TV so who knows. I can't wait for the old antenna to be removed from the roof of this place... Yay for scrap metal. :2thumbsup:

We have satellite tv,(direct tv) but the tv in my bedroom is hooked to an antenna, when it went digital we had to get a converter box for the old tv, its not a flatscreen.

 

i think there is only 1 or 2 channels here that are non-digital broadcast

i havent turned my bedroom tv on for years

we have satellite in the main tv..have to pay for it because all the hacking is too much trouble now....its shared with other people to lower the bill

cant figure out a good way to get the stink out of all my old ones...any ideas ladies?,,,they stayed wet too long when i washed them once and i just cant get that musty smell out of them :ack2:

i have poison ivy all over my property but i have never had it....i'm told some people ae not affected by it

baseball hats?.....run them through with dishes in an automatic dishwasher....cleans them without wrecking them

 

just wash it with the rest of ur laundry.. lol
and make sure u use fabric softener after. it makes things smell nice. lol.

I have never had poison ivy and when I mentioned it to my Dad he said he never got it either and that his father never had it. I am sure over the years I would have been exposed to it either by touching it or petting a dog who ran through it. Never happened.

We need rain too and I think a thunderstorm is about to go overhead. I just came in from walking Grace in the cemetery and we were in full sun but looking north was total dark clouds and lightning followed by some grumbling. Grace took care of her business and turned back to the car on her own. She is not overly fond of thunder.
