This is my first day back at work after my septoplasty/turbinate reduction surgery.

I am still sniffling all day every day just like before the surgery. I'm starting to think I have tourette's instead of a stuffy nose.

 

It will probably take some time for swelling to go down in the parts they messed with, yes?

In the meantime you could have fun muttering some expletive every time you sniff.
