True that, winter solstice is in about 4 weeks from now.

RF: the neighbor broke his leg while skateboarding yesterday, so I walked his dog a bit earlier tonight in the park in front of our building. The atmosphere was surreal outside, with fog floating in the cold air in between the trees and the (almost) full moon lighting up everything with its silvery glow. I decided to play "catch the stick" with the dog for a bit and she looked like she had a blast, running all around the place and rolling over herself in the frozen leaves. Good times.
