RF: I had a couple of leftovers of armenian food for lunch, it was delicious! :2thumbsup: In my plate there was some mujadaras (lentil rice with fried onions), emsakara (eggplant, tomato and chick pea stew), stuffed vine leaves, salad, tzaziki, hummus and a pita bread, yummy! I'm already craving more, got to make some for dinner.

 

I am done working out today did 1 hour on the treadmill walked home in the cold and did 40 on the elliptical when I got home

For me every once in a while I'll wake up as in I'll see the room, but I can't move. And then I keep trying to wake up but when I open my eyes I can still see the room but I cant move. Eventually I wake up for real. It doesn't last long but it's freaky!

 

mu aunt and cousin and grandparents want to take me out too dinner tomorrow for my b-day. I'm excited but I wonder how my dad will react to that. he still says he has been waiting 2 years for them to call him back. you know he could pick up the phone and call them, just a thought
