Wife took the train south last night for a conference or workshop or some such professional thingamajogger. That leaves Dad in charge of dinners...thank God for Burger King, they were my savior last night. Tonight I think we'll go with hummus, pita bread, and tabouli - buy the ingredients and slap em on the table.
