Yeah covering around zero slightly below here tonight… Exciting Saturday night I have stuffed peppers in the oven

 

Just been to see the best band ever. Pretty high right now!!

My peppers today so delicious… Except that the peppers themselves were too small so next time and make sure I get great big ones

 

Do you stuff them with ground chop meat, mixed with rice and put tomato sauce over them? That is the only way I ever had them and it has been ages since I have them. I love peppers anyway.....What is your recipe?

 

I can only make them with ground deer, I cant eat ground beef.. but thats usually how it goes,, ground meat, some ground up doritos and egg for stickiness, stuffed in pepper, tomatos sauce, 1/2 stick butter, pressure cooker.. 45min to an hour or so..

 

I really do not eat much meat anymore, but I guess ground turkey could work too.

 

Slice of tops off of a dozen peppers remove the stems chop up a whole onion and put the tops of the peppers and the chopped up onions into a separate sauce pan with a bunch of butter sauté set aside…

Mix ground beef with a full can of chopped tomatoes various spices bit of brown sugar garlicand of course rice… Makes everything up with the ground beef stuff the peppers pour the sautéed pepper tops butter and chopped onions over top of the whole mixture bake

 

You will need a passport if you want to come and try them

Well, yeah he did give me quite the Hawaiian punch when I first joined, but he did that to everyone...i was shocked at first...thinking WTF...who are you and what did I do to you?..........but after awhile, i saw through that wolf clothing of his....
He still beats me up from time to time, too....

 

I finally decided to have an avatar. It wasn't that I'm against. I was just lazy and having some issues doing it. But now it's done and I'll probably never bother changing it.
