i fell off my bike last week and cut my knee pretty good and swelled it up. i used glucosamine chondroiton, fish oil, and calcium in conjunction one time before for something similar and it worked well. i dont have any gc, but i have the other two. that stuff is expensive. last week on the same ride i fell three times, but only one of them did i get hurt. the other two were smooth skid landings. i also bout went over the handle bars and ripped my nuts off trying to get over a log on a new section. i wasn't going to bunny hop it but just tickle it with my tires. i was going fast downhill and my front tire cleared it, back tire hit it. also it was really dry so the sand gets churned up and there are dry leaves on top of it so its really slippery. i also got some new tires that are suuuuuuper fast, but they don't have as much side knob traction. it keeps you on pins and needles.

a lot of the hippies are a good ten years older than the baby boomers.. what happened to them?

and then all the baby boomers would have you THINK that they are hippies even though they were in fact in grade school when jimi hendrix was playing like a rolling stone at monterey

jimi was high on acid there. he also had huge huge respect and admiration for bob dylan. i know a few people who love jimi's monterey version. it's one of the person's favorite because they like the tone of his voice there. jimi is near and dear to my heart.

more jimi at monterey: (actually playing guitar)
