its a license actually...not a ticket....tickets usually need to recertify every few years (welders for example)..the mechanics license (310s) remains valid for life as long as the fees are paid when due

i want to make some cold smoked salmon. i'm gonna try taking a cardboard box and electric charcoal starter with some wood chips

 

cold takes days

just do it hot way...build a simple wood box..old grates from broken stoves work great..find grills frist then make the box to fit the grate size...buy a cheap electric hotplate and use and old pan with wood chips
