Moose jerky is really tasty, if it's spiced right. Do you have one of those fish smokers that uses those little compressed wood pellets?

 

nope..its just a wood box with an electric thing thats heats a bowl of whatever shavings you put in..so simple to make..all you really need to buy is a heat source and keep checking it to regulate the temp..just make a wood box and drill some big holes on the top with a sliding closer type thing

oven grates from old ovens work good for racks

 

i still need to do my free school tutorial on making charcoal.. maybe i will cut some wood up tomorrow for it

random fact: i don't think my brother is going to live for much longer... he hates me for getting him out of Mums house... by doing this i have cut off his money supply and he has turned to the meths... i hope he sorts himself out and bloody soon too...

when ever i feel my temper rising, i eat slivers of raw beef... a Pterosaur told me to do it, when i met him in Silbury Hill, and it works a treat...
