cluttered shop is safety hazard.. not my fault... i said shit laying around isn't making anybody any money.....

I make my own jerky...its pretty good too...I use eye of round roasts when they go on sale and might pick some up since theyre on sale this week

yes...but the smoker is for fish..I use prague powder ..sauces..liquid smoke and a dehydrator for the jerky

 

Cool. Sounds good. If I had a smoker I'd smoke half the stuff I eat. There's a chef on tv I see sometimes who smokes everything. Even ice cubes for cocktails

 

smoke gives me headaches
