I listened to the entire sound track of my all-time favorite TV show--Twin Peaks--this morning. Wow--time sho' do fly. April of 1990 it came on. Son told me this morning that a sequel is in the works, but Jack Nance won't be in it. Punks killed him years ago. (loved him in Eraserhead.)

 

I went treasure hunting with a friend today, which means thrift and antique places. I did not find anything but she found a really pretty antique brooch in pearls and amethyst.

It is fun though to search through things.

 

My back went where it's not supposed to go.... !@%$#*&^%fucker that hurts.

Even though I did not find someting it was still a great day. When she found the brooch she lit up so it was fun watching her, It is amazing what you can trip across.

If we had a fence around the whole lot/plot (almost 3 acres) rather than just a fenced in backyard, I'd find a way to get a goat (or 2) to live here so they could eat up all the (snake bed) vinca that thrives here. They'd have a LOT to eat.

Turned the clocks ahead last night. Thinking about going back to get another hour sleep. The cat and dog did not turn their clocks ahead.

 

I heard about that derailment yesterday. at least nobody was hurt. seems like it is going to be a massive cleanup.

I find it funny that the people who oppose putting a wind farm near here are the same people who oppose building the pipeline and moving oil by train. can't have it both ways...
