Some people don't get this or want to hear/understand it but it really is true.

 

Me neither, but when (not if) I go again I definitely go to such places as in those pics where your daughter is. Lots of coastal area (preferably those little islands) too. The amazon would actually not be the highest on my prioirty list. The Pantanal is beautiful too.

 

I wouldn't be wandering down the amazon either.....or up in the hils too much......i'd stay by the coast too

In the 90's already. So it is getting time! I have relatives there too, and my parents met each other in Brasil (they're both from the netherlands though, they were both travelling there in the 70's). In fact my mom lived in a place with pretty much only dutch people that was (and is) still blatantly called 'the dutch colony' I always use this example when I hear dutch people here complaining about the lack of integration of immigrants

 

dog has found a spot to hang ou every morning while he waits for the school bus to go by......plus he can see the deer if they are past the far ridge

 

Looks like he's living in a perfect place for him. Happily city dogs don't have a clue what they're missing (most of the time) They often have my sympathy though, especially the big or energetic ones.

 

Aww, he's camouflaged in the snow Imiss having a dog so much. But yeah, we live in an apt now so not enough room

Rip. I saw something about him not being well the other day

 

My only problem today is a headache. Derpy maintenance dude was outside making a massive amount of noise working on the staircase (how that's an emergency I can't see) in the middle of the night & kept waking me up. I can't deal without sleep. Meh :-/

 

I need to see my bishop next week, thankfully not in trouble with him this time!

yep, i keep him in the cupboard under the stairs.
