I really thought things were changing for me :-(

 

Not sure what went wrong, but I hope things get better soon. They probably will. Ups and downs, highs and lows, we can count on that, right? It can't be low all the time...there has to be an up in there after a while!

I've felt that way before too, many times. I don't believe its ever entirely pointless. We just can't see our way through the fog when we are feeling low sometimes. I wonder if you might feel better with a little different perspective...maybe go outside for a little while or something and get some fresh air. I know its cold though but that can be refreshing too, for a few minutes anyway. Try some deep breathing and let the feelings flow out of you.

I will say yes....but I don't know for sure.....she is not the type to stand by and watch others do stuff....

I should say the Midwest area of the US...moved a few times growing up. Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, currently about an hour away from Chicago in northwest Indiana. Never been outside the US except for one day in late teens visited Windsor briefly. Would like to see more of the world someday but for now - I just look at pictures
