I spent the day at the ballpark watching the triplets play softball. It was a little chilly in the shade but plenty warm in the sun. My face got pink as can be from sitting in the sun. It was a great day.

Ok, dairy is now officially off my diet. Seems as if the scales have tipped and now dairy triggers the same response as something with gluten, and it ain't fun.
Last Thursday was the first bad episode in a while, but was only a few hours in duration.
Then on Sunday same thing, this time a little more intense.
Then Tuesday my joyous adventure began at around 3 AM and kept going full force until around 5 PM.
Woohoo! 14 hours of "if I only had a gun this would be over in second" type of pain and violence wreaked upon my digestive system.

Wife asked me numerous times if I wanted to go to the hospital, but not wanting to be admitted, I figured I would ride it out and if it went over 24 hours then consider the doctor, as I have been on this gastric roller coaster before.
common denominator in all instances was good amount of dairy product the day prior.

Glad to say I'm feeling pretty good today except for the constant dull pain in my gut but I've gotten used to that.
Probably should go in for 20 year check-up and see if any thing serious is going on, maybe ask about the chest pains too, but I'm used to those now as well so whatever.......

My daughter is lactose intolerant..you should see the things they put it in..maybe you have developed this over time?

she has been this way since she was born..but its amazing she still finds her self suffering from the slightest touch of dairy..

I cant eat all this shit. I hardly dented one that was already open and have a whole pound of sliced .. burp, burp,, holy shit Ive the worst heart burn in the world right now. so bad, I think its the big one Elizabeth.

I saw my ex-husband at the ballpark today. He told the funniest stories and memories of my daddy. I laughed so hard.

It's funny how people who survive after someone dies each carry a special little part of the departed with them.

He gave me back some great parts of my daddy today.

Like I said, today was a great day.

Yeah. But there were three local breweries on the way so we had different reasons for the trip. I can wait in the car at the stores. I don't give a shit. :)

You know...I'm not a big fan of going to the doctor but this wouldn't be the worst time to go.

tbh, I love salami, always since my grandma worked in Isleys deli she would bring that home all the time and chipped ham.. i bought some rolls and made some hogies, and think Im going to get some more rolls and cheese and make a lot of them wrap them up really nice and take them to work for anyone that wants one. I can get rid of some of it that way.. (some is going in my belly right now) ..
one the logs is a pepperoni, so Im going to make some pizza bread for them too..

I also love salami, pretty much any type of cured meat. I do not want to know what is in it as it is one of the few processed foods I do like. It tastes good and that counts.

Good idea to do that and share it with the others at work as I am sure that they will like them. :)

the cured stuff is not bad

the cooked kind is ground up fine for a reason...they can hide lots of stuff in it when its ground up like that
