RF: I never take any type of medicine. Nothing whatsoever. Not even pain relievers. I am almost never sick. I get a little banged up from my job sometimes but never anything I can't deal with. I honestly think that part of it is just not taking that stuff. I just don't do it.

Before i had a chronic illness, I didn't take much in the way of pain medication either.

I also try to stick to low amounts of both drugs. I know that I will likely be taking them semi-regularly for my whole life, so I try to avoid any future problems by being smart about it now.

Considering how destroyed my body is I take very little in the form of medicine... I can't say I don't take anything but most stuff doesn't work right anyways.

My thought has always been.....one day I might need the medicine and if I never take it now....I will not have built up a tolerance and it should work well if I ever need it. Just a theory. I think a good diet goes a long ways too though. I'm pretty strict about that too. No junk food, no pop, etc. You just get used to it and it becomes normal. I've never even tried one of those energy drinks. It would probably give me a heart attack.

I had a couple of energy drinks while my wife was in labour in the middle of the night. They are way too sugary for me... gross. I'll stick to coffee.

Rolling! You've never tried sushi? Damn, dude. You missed out. I don't eat the raw fish but I love some California Rolls. Crispy Salmon rolls.. lots of yum

No oysters for me, though. Snotty food. gah

Wasp sting, Rolling. Baking soda .. make a paste with a bit of water. Instantly stops the sting. You'll still swell a bit at the site but it won't hurt. Used it on my grandson last summer when he got hit. Stopped his wail mid cry.

time to get rid of the Honda....neighbor has a 94 chev pick up for a grnd.....he is the ferry engineer/mechanic so I know it is maintained....its a 5 speed manual.....leaning like 95 perscent towards driving over with a dp...it has high kilometers like the Honda but runs like a top....looks a bit rough but not horrible.....he welded new panels over the rear wheels and new front fenders and a grill....he said he hit 3 deer with the truck......

its black and just a bench seat with no rear seats at all....good rubber
