If he were to be brought to trial and his rights violated in any way then he would end up out on the streets again even with 2 priors against him. He's already on paper and in the system as it is. To put him on trial in an unconstitutional manner would be unethical this is true. But like we have all seen in the court system playing by the rules has sent alot of innocent people to prison and let alot of guilty off. And that is what scares people. As adults we for the most part know what is facing us when we walk out the front door, children don't always think about that. And like I said before when it comes to our children we do not think in a rational manner. So what option do we have? Send him to trial and hope for the best. Hope they put his ass in general population and let it be taken care of from the inside. I'm sorry dude but this man is guilty and needs to be taken off the streets!!! That has been proven!!!

And no I don't think anybody really wants to send him to your home, they were just making a point.

I understand your idealistic defense of pedos in fairness to the rules. And I see why you want things to be fair to keep bushwipes from manipulating the laws for their own gain. Like they currently do.
"Don't hate the player, hate the game" kind of things.
BUT, I see myself more of an individual, and dont view the laws of the land as the ultimate authority.
I realize there are consequences for breaking laws and I'm no anarchist. I'm just not so quick to kiss the royal seal of the king. I'll come and go as I see fit, fully aware of the dangers.
What I'm saying is, regardless of how the system works, I will never view a child molester as an equal. Even more so the day I become a parent.
Do I want to know if a molester moves into my neighborhood? Hell yes!
Is he welcome?
