I'm going to have to agree with your friends. You may have lighthearted intentions but I think after all that you've posted about your "situation" recently this isn't a very smart idea.

Every thing you post is for the public to see. If you are dealing with courts/custody issues this isn't something I'd want the judge to see. It seems irresponsible.

 

true. That's what they were saying (and I tend to agree) but how are the courts going to get this information?

 

Did you recently post something about your husband checking into your pm's? If he is doing that how do you not know he isn't printing out everything you say? He could be making files to bring to the courts in defense for his children.

Meeting strangers, smoking herb, getting drunk. I'd keep that stuff off the internet.

Sounds invasive however it's nothing I'd fool around with.

 

Well I havent drank in ages, he smokes herb too, and I havent met anyone yet. He wouldnt check my pm's I'm just paranoid.

 

The fact that he'd be admitting to accessing a private account would negate the information being presented. Any half decent lawyer would point out that by entering the account to "get" the information gives him the capability of creating the material in question and therefore it's origin cannot be known.

you didnt know?? cooloner killed his parents when he was 11,, chopped them into lil pieces an scatterred there remains in a snow bank..

they let him out of the nut house when he turned 18..

He doesn't have to enter her account to get information that could be used against her. Her posts speak for themselves.

Thanks for the input everybody ... I'm leaving soon and still undecided. He wouldnt use the posts against me because he knows me and how I am anyways. I wont bring brian to meet my kids today ...... I am just utterly paranoid. Imagine using HipForums threads in court. egad!
