Question regarding signed notes (for a court like situation)

Hehe.... thanks a bunch. Well, I was looking forward to not having to deal with her too much anymore but I'm gonna consider asking her about those things. That info. really helps.

It will be small claims court though... I'm not asking for a whole lot.... 600 or 700 dollars, even though the real amount owed is at least double that.

checked out the link. i might seriously do this. i'd been planning on getting away to get my head together after the money got here. I was originally thinking of heading back to the Catskills and camping in the mountains for about a week. but those are some sweet yurts!


I wanted a yurt for an art studio, I like the energy flow in the round shape of a yurt, and it's easy to hang stuff. I'd need some kind of covered outdoor space nearby for applying varnishes and so on. I have mad chemical allergies but the adhesives and varnishes are so integral to my work and I haven't found safe alternatives yet, so I need ventilation. plus an outdoor workspace would make it easier to burn or naturally rust the boxes I use for my sculptures.

Someday, I hope, someday...

 

Sweet. It's so close to where I'll be living too. It's gonna be so much fun... pretty secluded, lots of nice spots in nature nearby.... and yeah, I love how the energy flows in yurts also. It's really amazing to me.

Good luck with getting a yurt for an art studio... I think that is a kick ass idea.

 

well i have a friend with some land in victor who is thinking of setting up an artists' retreat, with yurts for the artists and a cob building for the main house. but i'm planning on leaving soon. just can't take rochester anymore.

 

Where do you plan on moving?

 

Well i put in a request to visit an IC in Virginia, but it's way too early to know how that's going to work out yet. I haven't even heard back from them yet. I've thought about Ithaca, and I could return to the Catskills if I wanted to.


I am not going to stay in Rochester for another dumb man, even if he is hot as hell and sweeter than twinkies. Nope, not gonna do it.
