The pic that neodude posted is hilarious though. I'm sure that the guys to his right and left are laughing their asses off inside because fainting in formation is totally preventable. ---Bend your knees slightly... bounce slightly.. wiggle your toes.. breathe---
I've done lots of LSD, I'm insaneeeee!!!!! No, but some people just can't handle the "truth" and land in the loony bin. Just be open minded, smart, relax, and enjoy the ride! Smoke some bud on the come down or pop a valium to make it smoother. You'll be alright, don't believe what you hear, only believe what YOU see
soldiers kill! i know lots of things worth living for. i would not die for my country - i wouldnt mind dying in the name of freedom but that would have nothing to do with canada or the united states unless they are the ones killing me...! people think that fighting for your country is fighting for freedom, i might believe this if we lived in a free country but we dont. soldiers fight and kill for countries and corporate agendas. there is nothing worth killing for. i sure feel sorry for you.
did i say that a blind fool would not face consequences? there is no good reason to kill someone and killing someone because someone else told you to is absolute madness.
and what exactly is wrong with that? do you not like my quote? does it just piss you off some how?...lol maybe you think i should aspire to be someone other than myself.
You're right. That would be madness. But that is not what soldiers do. I'm sure that there are plenty of folks out there in the world today who could tell you a story how a soldier saved their life, and that they are forever grateful. The opposite of course would be true, but soliders do good things too, and often make extreme self sacrifice to do so.
Hypothetically, would you kill to protect the lives of your family? I think I would. I'm anti-war, but not a pacifist. I think if some paramilitary group invaded my neighborhood, and I saw them dragging my neighbors out of their house, I'd grab a few sticks or something to do battle with the invaders. It would be hard to convince me to join a militant group unless I was sure that my family was in danger. Relayer, didn't Krishna have a friend he went to battle with, Arjuna or something? - SW
Aspire to write a better quote. Is there like a flashlight within the tunnel? Unless I'm mistaken, you're abusing the metaphor. Tunnels in my neighborhood have lights within them. How about this, 'If you're looking for the light at the end of the tunnel, drive faster!' Or, 'If you're looking for the light at the end of the tunnel, wait.' Or, 'If you've got the time, skip the tunnel and go over the mountain. Mountains are beutiful in Spring' (Autumn for our friends in the southern Hemisphere).
Yes, the entire Bhagavad Gita is a symbolic portayal of the war we have with ourselves and the soul, told as a war we have on the battlefield. According to Krsna we are all soldiers.
"abusing the metaphor"... read it again. if you still dont get it stop, open your mind and read again! when you stop and look within you will realize that there is no tunnel and that the light was within you all along. with so many people in search of a light at the end of the tunnel - so to speak - no one will ever find a light unless they look within. it is very disappointing to realize that you people can use such a mind expanding substance and remain so fucking dense.
I mean seriously 3xi, do you talk like that in real life? "for those of you..." I mean is that the kind of stuff you say?
Which, in the same sense, is getting to the end of a tunnel when you find it within. Whose the dense one now holmes?
at least i can find something positive to say, that’s a hell of a lot more than anyone can say about you. you obviously hate me and have to find something negative to say about what ever i have to contribute – never is it nice, too bad you can never make any real sense out of what i have to say.
