ditto, sal... truly its the many of us having different opinions that makes for us having the richly textured world that we do and its only the listening and appreciating the unique contribution of all that will see our world blossoming unto its cosmic fullfilment

hurling of insults emphasises the illusion of our separation and not the one heart that we all share as we are truly only as happy as the least amongst us, a child who dies of starvation in its mothers arms for want of a peace of bread somewhere in our world or the boy in your sig who tosses a stone at a tank intruding in his neighborhood...

in this mood, i say, the world is our responsibility and so i apologize for my words being mistaken to criticize or blame anyone of the uk,... the words are not of blame or criticizing but that of conveying an underlining truth of our existence, we are one or as it is sung "we are the world, we are the children...".... the world is ours, it belongs to all of us, it is our responsibility

you mentioned that in your living of the uk experience, in your voting and demonstrating against how your government represents in the world, that you had done everything and so you are not responsible for what your government has done and is doing... i see it differently, i say that you have voted, you have demonstrated, you have made a statement to yourself and the world how responsible government should act and so you are responsible... you are a responsible citizen of england... of the world and you are commendable for your actions

Oh I wouldn't worry, I very rarely ever ban anyone. I'm not a trigger happy mod, I'm a bleeding heart liberal, and I can't remember ever banning a regular and valued contributor to this forum like yourself. It was just a plea for restraint from everyone. After all, it would be a shame if this forum turned into Random Thoughts. Generally the British forums are much calmer, more tolerant and more friendly and communal....

You directly insulted the British, yet you try and deny it?

I wonder if that's what Descartes truly meant. Maybe all people call Ian have a deeper understanding of their self in relation to the universe....
