Be glad to meet ya at the central cs for a coffee and boob when you arrive, just let me know when you find out the more exact time you land. my houseboat is just up the canal from the central cs. you arrive the same day as mike....when do you land Mike? I'll greet you all at the central cs for a cup of joe when you arrive.

My flight arrives around 7am on the 27th, my routine is pretty much the same every year, I meander my way to the hotel, have a great breakfast somewhere, alot of coffee, an incredible Dutch shit and then a long nap. I wake up in the afternoon, flash my naked piggy American body out the front window, get dressed and go forage for weed.

Do we have a central Piggy muster station picked out yet?

 

I will arrive on the 19th or 20th. I won't be staying in Amsterdam except for a day or two around Qday. But it's easy for me to hop the train and make a meet up or two. See you there.

Well Mike youll just have to meander over across the street for a cup of joe at the central cs before heading to your hotel, I'll be there at 8ish if you make it. I think koopa will arrive then......As far as a central muster station for us....best spot would be our houseboat I guess like last year for some of us, We got tunes, beer, nice location, just about all we need I guess. How's those shirts coming along Mike....whats the count and such? lator gator 10 weeks to go!!!!!

 

56 days till I touch down. Don't worry, I will make an effort to make sure there is still a little weit and hasj left for you guys, lol.

The pool tourney is from 4-22 thru 4-28 so by the looks of things some of you would have to go Haarlem on Thrusday or Friday(the last two days) to compete. Would any of you just like to go ahead and make a plan for Friday?

I see it like this.

Take the train to Haarlem mid Friday morning. Rent bikes in Haarlem(6.50E) and spend most of the day there, including the pool tourney. We could easily ride out to the beach for a couple of hours too. Be back in Mokum by 8:00 or 9:00 PM to party the night away and start preparing for Qday.

Or we could skip the pool tournament and just do the ride and Haarlem CS tour?

Either way, I will be there doing just that, and all are welcome to join me.

 

I think you forgot that we have our annual de kuil meet on friday at 4:20ish and we are also planning a daytripper cruise that night. I could possibly swing thursday but I'm not sure about anybody else. Time is flying sinpusher and I'm counting the days....

 

Yeah, no one ever accused me of being the brightest bulb on the tree, sorry. Thursday is good for me, as is all other days, lol. Whatever, I am game and will go with the flow. I can lead if needed.

 

I could do Thursday.....I arrive at schipcol at 7am and will take the train for the first time so I guess I'll be at CS around 8:30 or so? I'd like to meet up with mopperm that morning and chill until mikeymike arrives then check into my apartment and I'd be happy to hit up Haarlam that afternoon if you guys are down. We just need a little time to gather the troops and check in thats all. I really think it would be exciting to start the trip in a new place!!!

 

Last October, we landed in the morning, took train to Amsterdam, spent 2 hours there, took train to Haarlem spent 4 hours there, took train to Beverwijk, spent 3 hours there, took train back to Amsterdam and stayed out past midnight. By the time we got up the next morning it felt like we had been there a week already. Woohoo!

Hey James and both Mike's.....can you make the haarlem trip on thursday afternoon? Hey sinpusher: I've read that prices can run almost 40% less in coffeeshops outside of amsterdam, is this true? maybe I should stock up that thursday for the chocolate send off, right James.

 

No Thursday here. We're gonna hit Haarlem on Monday morning (yeah, Brugge is out mopperm1) and then Zandvoort in the evening. Probably won't make it down to Sensimilla this trip for the pool cue.

I wouldn't go as far as 40% but it's well worth it top bring some euro for gear while you're out and about. I plan on hittin' Yank's in Zandvoort, in addition to the shops in Haarlem. The times will be grande...

Might have to send a care package with ya down South there Mike...
