I was watching the Police Academy movies. When I spotted bullet holes in the window frames. Seems the movie was made at an abandoned psychiatric hospital ..Ill have to get around to screen capture. I can clearly make out bullet holes, but this close in the city? Maybe pellet gun, as the windows look like aluminum frames ..

Gluten free beer... That does not sound like it will be nice. When I went gluten free I realised though I don't even know what gluten is, things don't taste good without gluten.

 

My new phone is a galaxy 7j prime.

All of my smart phones have been galaxy's.

A small downgrade but it' cheap and does everything I need right now.

gluten probably doesn't add anything the the flavor of anything, it has more to do with the texture in breads and baked goods. It gives them the soft and springy texture.
But it is in wheat and other similar grains used to make beer.
FYI, you eats tons of good tasting stuff that doesn't contain gluten, so your thought stuff without doesn't taste good is silly.
Wouldn't mind drinking regular beer, but the prospect of vomiting and shitting blood for 12 hours kinda overrides such urges.

I have completely changed my eating and drinking habits. So far no red wine and chocolate...but how good that would be

I was a big bread eater, and now I eat maybe two good pieces off of a loaf of French bread every 2 to 3 days.

This is both harder and easier than I thought it would be. lol if that makes any sense.

 

i tried the magic butter machine today.....put 600 ml of 195 proof vodka and 60 grams of weed....they said to use 10 grams but it didn't seem like enough.......you put whole bud into these things....what comes out after eigt hours is so rendered its like sand

i got back about 550 ml of tincture......gosh its potent...i highly recommend these machines....they are pricey....but you close it up...set some buttons and it does the rest

that tob was half full with the whole bud...now its a half inch on the bottom

this was hard dense bud when we started....feels like wet sand now

 

Altering my eating habits has everything to do with how I feel...when I make myself think about it. Well maybe not everything, but a lot it does.

I tend to really like sweets, and sweets in any abundance is bad for me as is cheese in abundance.

Both my favorite things. but I'll live. lol

 

I have a friend with celiacs disease, I think her gluten free food is always really tasty, but also quite expensive so she doesnt like to share lol

 

I tried gluten free pancakes.. Fucken holes all through it and lumpy.
Told myself I'd deal with the tummy cramps of normal pancakes instead.

I got tested for celiac disease and all. Told me can't find anything, so, I have IBS.

 

At various times in my life I've had symptoms that seemed to mimic IBS. I'd really watch out what I ate and eat more bran.

I remember how bran is like a miracle food...it will loosen you up or pull you together, according to your need.

It dang sure works now and has through the years worked for me. I eat it dry, like chips out of a bowl. lol

This will save some on the heating cost of our gas so when we sleep we don't need the ducted heater on heating up the whole house for no reason. So small unit in the bedroom as in summer I like the temps to be frozen in our darkened shrine and then a bigger one of the lounge room.

Now I just a need a technician to install them. Good news is for the lounge room we already have the connections and is basically a replacement but the bedroom will need a fresh install.

We got Kelvanators. My miss says "oh you only wanted that because it sounds like Terminator" which in reality, is exactly why I chose them. plus I like helping out the Swedes.

My hat is a bit big, fuuuckk they said get a size up it'll shrink. I've put the foam inserts tucked under the leather band which helps, but I'm reluctant to tear the foam pad sticker off as I'm not sure what the adhesive will actually do to the leather. Anyway if I wear it in the sun it's meant to shrink a little for me. It's cool, i really like it.
