Got to my sisters house and they had a couple over. The song "if you can only see" by tonic came on.
The guy friend of my sisters starts singing to his wife/girlfriend. Trying to be all romantic.
I say, "you know this song is about him cheating on his girl don't you?".
My sisters guy friend didn't like me after that. The girl and I got along great though...turns out she works at a local brewery so we talked shop all night.

 

Snow...

 

I have my winter tires on the Jeep, so that means that it probably won't snow here for a while.

The jeep needs a lot of work apparently. I'm just hoping that it gets through the winter. Apparently there is a hole rusted through part of the frame, so I'll probably have to get something done with that. Hoping that I can find someone to patch it rather than having to spend the $1000 to replace it. The car is a decade old so I really don't want to put much money into it. Planning on buying something newer and bigger in the spring, once we have the money for it.

 

Is anyone going to a Punkin' Chunkin' or other holiday festivity this weekend?

People spend months perfecting their Punkin' Chunkin' cannons.

As it turns out, pumpkins are less expensive than anvils.

Lets hope they were bad pumpkins, not fit for consumption.

 

me think they are like zucchini .. once they are to large, they are not edible. I dont think people eat field pumpkins. I could be wrong tho.. other than the seeds.
