Well it's because he's useless. And everybody complains he is useless. So he's had the 3 months and it's just not working. He's early 20s. Wants to join the army... It won't happen lol.

I wish I had some witty thing to say...and give an example from my multi-job past of something to say; but, nothing I've heard would apply. lol

I work in what is called a "right to work" state, which basically means they don't have to have any reason to let you go...they just say: you don't need to come back, you've been replaced, we don't need/want you here any more, "your time has run out" (wth lol ) OR there was the most classic - "you've done a GREAT job (yes he emphasized GREAT) but I don't like you...so you're gone.

But since this dude has given you an actual reason you may want to tell him you don't think he's been happy there since he basically doesn't do anything, and everyone has noticed to the point that you have been called upon to do something about it. So however y'all do the last check tell him its ready or he can finish out the week and get the check unless he wants it mailed to him and he can leave THEN...BECAUSE YOU ARE GONE BUDDY.

for the record - I think Atreyu` needs an extra hug and love from SC...you know he's sorry even if he doesn't understand exactly what happened to those dang rabbits...he probably thought they were all having fun playing...until they weren't. :unsure:

Irmi, I'd be honest with the guy. In the long run you'll be doing him a favor.

I'd tell him that he didn't meet expectations on the job; that he didn't perform as was necessary to hold onto his position; that you hope it has been a learning experience for him; and that you hope what he takes away from the situation is a desire to truly apply himself in whatever his next challenge is.

these rabbits are very shy and timid and the dark one warns us by stomping the ground..
well they'll just have to get used to us.

 

When we were at the state fair. My wife and I both found a rabbit with our first names. Wonder if that's a coincidence or a logical explanation

If you think that the cat is being neglected, you could talk to her about it or call the humane society/SPCA if you don't think talking to her would help.

 

I'd talk to her and tell her that if she's not taking care of the cat it needs to be re-homed.

 

The kids named one of our rabbits, Thumper, for that very reason.

Thumper got use to use and would play a game with me.

I'd say, "It's a mouse!"

Thumper would run a circle around the inside of the hutch; and then we'd do it again. He thought it was great fun.

 

Just say to everyone all those that still have a job leave the room " hey where you going Dickhead " ?

I bought one of these umbrellas for my daughters to use in case it rained at the wedding.

Went with the spray this morning. Hits in a couple of minutes and makes it really easy to dial in the perfect dose. Tastes pretty gross though, haha.

 

So how were the results?
