one time I was not wearing gloves. I was hearing voices and had some weird (someone out to get me feelings)..
I see they have a patch now. probably less likely to get accidental dose of it that way.

 

what are the advantages of using scopolamine? I mean it's obviously going to be terrifying for the patient. That is crazy.


I feel that my grandmother had her memory destroyed by zopiclone. I've taken 7.5mg and found I couldn't remember shit the whole next day, and she was on 15mg/night for years.

 

I think its to counter the effect of opiates. usually reserved for cancer patients., but Ive seen those without cancer and general pain on it too.
my dad wasnt one to take drugs when dying. he was getting them but refused them as much as he could.
once they had him on Fentanyl he was so sick from that.....
I sometimes think these drugs take the life of the patient instead of making them more comfortable. it just speeds up the ride.

Really? I think it depends on dosage. Scopolamine behind the ear is an age old anti-nausea thing. It's way different dosage from the vice article talking about people tripping like zombies. I went deep sea fishing in BC last summer and one of the dudes on the ship had scopolamine patches behind his ears to help with sea sickness. He was most definitely not tripping balls. My guess is they give it to old dying people for nausea associated with drugs or other things.

 

I hope to go out like Huxley. Although from what I have heard you trip pretty hard before death anyway.

 

some people may be more sensitive to it than others. I wouldnt say I was tripping balls on it, but something wasnt right with the way I was feeling and thinking .. It was a long time ago. tolerance and the counter actions of symptoms may also play role.. the patch is probably way safer when dosing. youre just not going to know the exact amount when dealing with the creams.

yeah i had read about that a while back. i wonder if the LSD played an active role in his death, or if it was just really good timing? i mean, did he know he was going to die in the next 10 hours?

that sounds really crazy to me. i mean, i won't try to judge him for doing so, but it seems pretty daunting. but maybe that is my issue with death. not just death on LSD.

but talk about a bad trip!!

It's all starting to make sense

Received a 50mg sample of 4-AcO-MET. I am considering a solo exploration soon. I had a two year relationship break up about a month ago and a new relationship start so that's definitely been on my mind. I feel like now might be a good time for a solo trip since I have more time to myself and need to weave through my mind. I don't know if the breakup would even be a central theme in the trip, but it could help shed some light on the situation possibly. I'm not sure if it's wise to take a psychedelic in this transitionary period at the same time though. Not sure if my mind is in the right place.

I once tried to intiate an analysis to compare people who had near death experiences and people who have had a DMT experience. I would loooooove to find some people who have had NDE's and give them DMT, and hear what they have to say about how the two compare (if at all).

As for whether you decide to trip or not, it's up to you. Even if it ends up being a very unpleasant experience, you will get what you need out of it. I guess it just depends on whether you want to potentially put yourself through that or not

 

Well folks, this is Raga_Mala. Lost my old account (forgot password and can't access my old e-mail). So the new username is ragamala but it's still me. Bummer to have lost all my old posts and stuff, though.

Anyway, planning some new experiments for the coming weekends while my girlfriend is out of town. Specifically, new combinations of substances I have done before on their own. Tonight I'm planning a combo of a light dose of MDMA (~80mg) with weed. I only have ~160mg of Molly to my name, and I am trying to spread it out over 2 experiments. If tonight's experience turns out to be just low-key, I will be okay with that. I can always come back to this combo in later experiences.

Next week, thinking about combining a light dose of miprocin with weed (this combo is the one I'm most nervous about), and finally the third weekend I will be trying to combine a slightly heavier dosage of Miprocin with another 80mg MDMA.

Speaking of MDMA, it just kinda showed up at my house tonight. I have about 500 mg now and I'm looking forward to dabbling in it.

I've done 80mg while hanging out at home with a good friend and smoking weed before, and though we both rolled a little bit and it was a good experience, for my part I felt a bit underwhelmed. I'm a smaller guy too (probably about 150 at the time). It's probably all over by now, but please let us know how it went!

 

Change of plans. Found out I may be unable to get more Molly so I've decided to save what I have. May still experience the Miprocin/Weed combo next weekend, though.

The reason I say I'm most nervous for that is that I have the impression (though no experience as yet to back this up) that Molly rounds the hard edges of other drugs, and that therefore combining with it would tend to make an enjoyable experience. Whereas I have in the past certainly had less-than-pleasant experiences combining weed and psychedelics. Weed and miprocin are two drugs that can be plenty challenging on their own.

 

i've usually not found miprocin to be very challenging. except for the time i took ~14 mg for an indoor concert. i think that the low dose allowed me to remain anxious, as opposed to a higher dose which might melt the anxiety away. also being in a public setting didn't help my anxiety. sometimes while tripping at a concert, i feel like i can just blend in with the crowd...this time i felt like i was sticking out like a sore thumb...or a really high thumb.



anyways, i have made myself a couple notes to "be careful" when combining weed with miprocin. i had at least a time or two where that combination became a little overwhelming...even when i thought the miprocin trip was mostly over with.

what kind of dose do you like for miprocin? i have tried 14-23 mg, maybe 25 mg of a different, older batch on my first try. i kinda fell in love with miprocin on that first trip with it. my favorite dose seems to be 18-21 mg. 22 and 23 mg have been a little too strong on my body, while 18 mg usually feels like "plenty."

wish i didn't lose my "miprocin notes" journal at the old hipforums, i had written a lot of details there.
