i know some of youz guyz don't agree with the way i use 'psychedelic' but thas ok.
bump anyway for an awesome find in the local thrift store, called a Polaroid MP 3 Land camera. it's so off the wall that searching wiki comes up blank lol. Apparently they hardly made any of them because they were primarily used like mine is set up, for doing photographic pre-press work way back in the 60s and were high end shit in the day. it's only about 90% there, doesnt work, but even the lens itself (which looks like ok condition) is worth many times the $30 i stole this thing for lol

Are there any particular tryptamines or phenelthyamines or any similar psychedelics that anyone here has taken that they feel the experience was more the result of the brain being bombarded by a synthetic compound rather than being a true entheogen that elicits deep spiritual thoughts and or revelations?

 

I tend to not use psychedelics in a strictly entheogenic context, while deep thoughts, spiritual or otherwise, are often an inevitable part of my experiences, it seems to often be more reliant on whether it's conducive to my mindset/setting, rather than inherently a quality of the drug(s).

Nearly every psychedelic I've explored has been revealatory for me, it's largely what draws me to them, and the ones that haven't I feel the potential is there. I feel some synthetics sometimes really do feel synthetic somehow, even some of my favorites, but knowing that all psychedelics are resultant of the brain being bombarded by compounds, I don't really find a discrepancy in differentiating that feeling from a 'true entheogen' like I said I think it's more conducive to set/setting.

Bump for a transcendental pecan pie. I baked the crust (butter, not shortening), put in a layer of good dark chocolate, then the filling (the usual stuff, like brown sugar, butter, toasted pecans). This was it. The best pie I've ever baked; the best pie I've ever tasted. Some Ben & Jerry's vanilla ice cream melting against one side of the slice. Oh man.

all psychedelics exert their effects by "bombarding the brain with a chemical," and those effects sometimes happen to be "entheogenic."

but two psychedelics that haven't given me much in the way of deep spiritual thoughts or revelations are 2c-b and 4-ho-mipt (both of which are insanely fun)

that does sound a lot like 2cb.
the only difference with 30-35 mg for me is that it's a bit more than a bit visual
and it lasts 4-5 hours instead

jungle spice, damn, be prepared to not know what hit you...it's different than reegular dmt.

 

I may be getting ~60mg of Moxy in a week or two, as long as the dude keeps his word, but I trust the dude, so I'm pretty sure it's gonna happen. I've never tried Moxy, but have heard wonderful things happen at 20+mg dosages. There are no words to express my excitement, because it's been the better part of two years since I've had a tryptamine experience.

 

I've done moxy a few times. I definitely tripped but it seemed to lack depth, but it made my girlfriend super horny, definitely an aphrodisiac.
