i've read that the 25x-nbomes seem to increase tolerance for about 2 weeks. worse than most other psychedelics, like LSD or 2cx.

i know you're TNS and all...but maybe don't push it with these chems. ingesting them to begin with is already pushing the envelope. and if you're reading about orison's usage...he has a squirrel's metabolism or something, so his experience may not apply to yours. :)

I lold.. This is true TNS, redosing isnt that bad. Its the initial first dose that can be problem for some. as well the reverse tolerance, after a tolerance break, 1mg of 25i-c may be to much to start out with. a 1/4 a tab is something to think about when starting new batches or new to the chem itself.

hahaha This is true. I'll have to do some more research, as I've read many conflicting reports about NBOMe tolerance.

I'll just have to read the entire Big & Dandy 25i and 25c threads. There's a lot of good info on those threads. I know I'll start with at least one blotter though. Anything less is out of the question.

    Thanks guys:)

It's in the context of alcohol addiction, which is a whole other kettle of fish. The ketamine is used in single or at most two administrations total. None of the participants expressed an interest in seeking out more ketamine or otherwise showed signs of addiction. The ketamine experiences were "megadoses" and basically slapped them silly for being alcoholics. If they had sat around bumping lines for days and days, yeah that's when addiction can start forming. Availability is another HUGE factor; alcohol is not only legal, you're practically required to imbibe it to fully participate in many social functions of society. It's glamorized and advertized all over television. It's sold on every street corner openly. Ketamine is illegal and even many people who are connected to illegal substances happen to not have sources for it. It was simply a non-issue. Ketamine is nowhere near as addictive as alcohol and nowhere near as dangerous.

Very true. And the hallmark of wisdom is knowing you know very little if anything :p

One other factor is that the personality types that gravitate towards alcohol abuse are usually not to keen on psychedelics, so abuse of any psychedelics used in therapy by participants is probably next to nil.
Alcohol deadens and obfuscates underlying issues, psychedelics shine a big spotlight on them.

I was wondering what people think about rolling at a Bicycle Day event?

Why, sounds like a splendid idea. :sunny:

I've never had a proper roll, I imagine it to be a bit less colorful than 2Cb but similiar?
If the stars align correctly I'm hoping for a dance with lucy on bicycle day night at a pretty massive sounding barn burner. It's a bit intimidating.

Would a first ever candy flip be wisest?

I'll hopefully be flipping on bicycle day.

There are some surface similarities, rush to peak is a bit quicker.

Hmmm.......I actually forgot Bicycle Day was approaching(don't hit me). I've been more concerned with having some weed for 4/20, but now I'm gonna have to save an NBOMe blotter or two for 4/19. Of course, some L would be more appropriate, but at least I might be able to trip for the occasion.

Thinking I might drop late on bicycle day and trip my way into the 4/20 festivities.

OK then. Lucy. Don't know about candy-flipping - there's a need to be present at the other scene subsequent days. On the other hand... Decisions decisions!

    yet :)

my bicycle day hinges on whether or not my friends and i follow through on our tentative plan. which is to rent a cabin for the weekend at a state park and trip on something. but at the moment, it seems like the weather might be shit...so i might be in favor of postponing our camping trip.

i had one particularly intense time biking on LSD. pedaling as fast as i could, vision was blurred on the sides, mist was hitting my skin...it was pure exhilaration.

bump for meditating with my wife tonight for 10 minutes. she wanted to show me a site, calm dot com, which had a woman's voice giving directions with soothing nature sounds in the background, and very nice looking vistas.
anyways, i really got into it. we were told to concentrate on our head, then chest, then arms and hands...stomach. let the warmth spread down your legs and then try to hold your consciousnesses on your whole body from head to toes. at that point i thought i would go a little further and see if i could go outside my body.

it easily could have been my imagination, but it felt like i almost did escape my body. it was the body high of a hit of decent acid. my head gently fell backwards and it felt like i was gently, but powerfully floating upwards.

i think i might enjoy meditating. feeling like that for 5 or 10 minutes each day can't hurt.
