Psychedelic Bump XVIII

How would you compare 25i to LSD? Similarities, differences, unique effects of 25i? Very curious about these chemicals. I have yet to try any of the Nbome's.

I have only been able to try LSD twice and both times the doses weren't very strong, so I don't really feel confident comparing the few. As a matter of fact I haven't tried 25i many times and have yet to have a strong trip with it. This is what I have noticed with 25i. It is quite stimulating and gives me the shakes pretty bad. It feels very synthetic and is somewhat euphoric. I have yet to have a full +++ trip with it, but it does seem to have the potential to be quite visual. Music enhancement is nice but not better than LSD I find. It's quite clear headed as well. Wish I could compare the two better. I just need more LSD experience. 25i NBOMe seems like it has potential. Next time I try it it will be 2-3mg.

Well, the whole plan for the big multi-substance haul was called off because H decided to take a break from trippin...

I decided to spend my whole trippin budget for the summer on 1g of mescaline sulfate. I opted for quality over quantity. Could've gotten dozens of trips worth of 2c-p or some other chem for the same price, but I figured fuck it. Mescaline is THE classic; other friends have told me it is the most meaningful and spiritual trip they've ever had, INCLUDING LSD (which surprised me).

I figure 1g is enough for 3-5 trips...I'll make do for the rest of the summer on fresh air and perhaps some kratom.

Would love to hear of mescaline trips any of you guys have had.

Pork, MoM = milk of magnesia - usually started when a strong opioid is started.

i'll guess that 1 g will be about 3 trips, or 2...not 5.

i only had experience with a mescaline extract two times. it was too weak, something must have went wrong. so maybe yours will stretch farther than i think.

i would start with 300 mg at least (smack in the middle of shulgin's recommendation of 2-400 mg sulphate)

Interesting comments, pork...I'm thinking I'll start with 200, and if that proves to be super-weak I'll still have enough for two 400mg trips.

 

Bump for adding a very psychedelic movie to my viewed collection. I cannot believe it took me this long to see this movie, and I cannot believe the general underground nature of it and people not liking it. I think it's too psychedelic and out there for most people, but for Terry Gilliam I thought it was pretty tame lol.



And of course it's Heath Ledger's last movie.

 

This is a seriously good movie. Definitely something that every psychedelic user should see.

I thought the movie was great, it's a shame the plot was twisted after ledger died i.e the 3 characters.. but they pulled it off flawlessly

had you tried the NBOMes separately before this?

how do you like/describe them?

 

I started with the 25c, was digging the body high, but not much visuals. By then I had 2 2mg blotters. I then made 2 2 mg blotters of 25i and made all the difference. I spaced the 2mg blotters 1 - 1:30 mins apart so I wouldn't loose my peak. The 2 together is amazing. I got to the point I didn't think any more 25x would help cause I waited a good 5-6 hours from my 4 th dose so I ate 2 L blotters.

I'm surprised you hadn't seen it. It is top notch.

Gilliam is often overlooked, how he was able to 'tweak' the story in the middle of production due to Ledger dying is testament.

If you can, check out Lost in La Mancha. Chronicles his years long effort to remake the Don Quixote story. Absolutely a trip what he's gone through.
