haha what a good episode

 

indeed, been a while since i've gone deep. bump for a little terrified taste of am2201 yesterday, with no real way of measuring 0.5mg (or even 3mg really) i know i took 1-3mg and it was STRONG. onset is as fast as ganja, with a strong 'rushing' sensation in the body, cannabinoids clicking into place. amazing how little material this took. it was extremely heady, like a pure sativa strain, HUGE munchies, very psychedelic. definitely the best synthetic cannabinoid i've tried. i feel safer now about eyeballing a speck of powder to smoke, especially since it lasts so short (1-2 hours) so if you do a little too much just watch a movie and you're back. i also see why people have control issues with this one, had strong desire to redose. this is like canna-crack

voyage thanks for the m-seven link that was a solid track, ill check them out. its hard to listen to all the music posted here i wish i could find the time to really explore all these groups. these days i mostly stick to what i already know but kick myself to try new music on occasion.

 

my internet has been REAL sucky lately, so i've been listening to CDs. dug out some good ones. blood sugar sex magik by RHCP, congratulations by mgmt that was reviewed as being very psychedelic. i didn't hear it at first, but now i think i definitely need to pop it in during a trip. a newer one by the strokes - angles...of course some Built to Spill...some led zeppelin and pink floyd CDs that i "stole" from my dad.

basically, i have/know enough music that i can get into "new" stuff just by cycling through. but i like real new stuff too...it trickles in slowly.


bump for starting a 2nd read through of PiHKAL. i've definitely forgotten a lot of it.

and on that note...since i was reading PiHKAL in the waiting room...i have some not so good news. my fiance got an MRI, because she's been getting vertigo or dizzyness, seeing double, getting tingly legs and feet. they called with the results the next day and said she has a 4 millimeter lesion in her thalamus. they said it could be a disease, or a growth...but it doesn't sound like it can be good. she is getting an appointment with a neurologist, it was just ear, nose and throat who ordered the MRI.

she's always been such a hypochondriac, so whenever she thinks anything is wrong, i always blow it off and wait until she realizes she's being ridiculous. i had hoped this would go similarly. i don't wanna say much of this to her because i feel like i have to remain calm and strong for her sake, but hearing this today really made it sink in. and now typing it out did too...

i guess we just have to hope for the best. send good vibes her way

 

Whatever it is I hope it's fixable easily and quickly pork. Sorry for the troubling news, though if its a growth and its 4mm then they caught it very early so that's good.

You do have to be calm and strong for her but you can also allow yourself to be vulnerable with her and that would be appreciated too I'm sure

I don't even know where I would begin to find the strength to deal with something like that, so I definitely hope you do.

On another note here is a picture from the exhibition I saw earlier (and didn't get kicked out of). My friends and I were just to the left of this speaker here a little ways before the peak of the lucy and it was heavenly..

 

Setting will be a hotel room with a hot tub and a view of the city, not to mention pure trip heaven. dose will be 50mg 2c-b and lsd equivalent to 1-2 blue shivas, all dosed at once. Going to add extremely potent pure kief budbomb hit to that as I imagine we'll need it for the insane come up. Will discuss adding DMT to this with her

 

why bother with the synthetic cannabinoids when (i assume) you have access to good bud? just to try them, or do you like them better in some situations?

 

I'm a daily pot smoker so it's just something different to try. I'm also the kind of person who will try damn near anything once. I'm a huge maryjane fan so when I heard about synthetic cannabinoids I was excited. You can also smoke them in situations you couldn't smoke bud (parents home etc) and some of them are way, way stronger than bud, so mixing with psychedelics could take you much further (something I haven't done yet).

It's not like if I was growing a cactus farm I wouldn't be interested in any of the 2c's (same analogy, marijuana/JWH, san pedro/2C, they are all quite different). What I don't bother with are smoking blends, I get the pure powder. I still smoke da ganj on the daily this is just a further (occasional) chemical indulgence.

Why would you not bother with synthetic cannabinoids?

 

I never tried any synthetic cannabinoids. It seems gross to me. Actually, I took a few tokes of a smoking blend my friend had once and I ended up getting delirious and threw up.

On a separate note, that's funny that 2C-H is included in the ban against 2C's. You can argue it's a precursor to B and such, but I doubt anyone really took the time to research about it.

 

what kinda music were they playing through the speakers? that looks pretty rad, and i can only imagine its added dimension of awesomeness while on LSD. and thanks for the kind words.

are you going to the hotel "just" to trip, or is it an occasion like b-day or something? (sorry if you already said so)

that sounds like a good mix of the two, though i'd personally take a tad less 2cb, but i'm sure you coulda guessed that haha

i'm sure you know weed mixes well with LSD and 2cb, but i really feel like it was something else when i took the combo. i think i decided to take a bong rip before i left for my walk...maybe 2 hours or so after dosing them at once. it put me into that weird paranoid mindset that i described, where it looked like cars were coming to get me, and that EVERYONE must know i'm insanely high. even though i KNEW it wasn't true, i couldn't shake the feeling.

i'm a daily smoker as well, and i guess i figure my cannabinoid receptors get PLENTY of stimulation just from cannabis. i suppose i'm not the type of person to try anything once, i'm a bit more reserved than you when it comes to taking new drugs in particular. i would also be apprehensive to bungee jump or skydive...even though i think they'd be fun, ...i guess i'm just a wuss. but i'd skydive before i try meth or crack...or probably before i try a synthetic cannabinoid as well.

the jwh's have seemed sketchy to me since they "hit the scene." everything i read makes me not wanna try it - too intense. i suppose if stupid people were getting LSD and taking it expecting a weaker high, and then reported on the terrible effects, it might SOUND bad to me too.

i'm rambling, but i don't like the FULL agonism of some of them...RCs come with that added risk of the unknown, so i'd rather not do that to myself, for a cannabis-like high. even if it is more intense, or a little bit different.

just explaining my point of view on that...

then there is the whole legality thing...before bans anyway, it pissed me off that these things are legal but pot is not. people on probation can get away with smoking these more dangerous chemicals, but they can't fucking smoke a joint. like orison has mentioned, if everyone that was content with smoking JWH blends WASN'T, and instead were fighting for marijuana reform, or just growing it in secrecy - maybe pot would be legal.

 

I pondered that for a bit when I read it while I was high but I first tried mxe during the summer, yet I've always felt it has a winter sort of vibe to it. mxe lacks the color enhancement of the Sertonergic psychedelics and sort of has an inner chill factor to it. 6-apb on the other hand is more versatile in regards to the feel of it but it also can produce body temperature fluctations and it happened to emphasize the chill factor for the combo.

 

I doubt it too. Aside from most if not all of those politicians not even having the time to be informed, it's probably as easy as hearing "they're designer drugs" and they just vote in favor of banning them.

More importantly than all that gibberish... Man Pork, don't know what to say. For sure sending out love and vibes. I pretty much have to take the positive long view and remember little things like that get found and cured everyday. Doesn't help much when its YOU or someone YOU LOVE. porkstock pretty much summed up my feelings on this, so i'm not going to bother re-posting basically the same thing, haha

 

i feel like pretty much every psychedelic i've tried, maybe not shrooms so much, but 2ce, 2cb and LSD all give me chills and temp. fluctuations.

i'd want my "wintery" chem to make me feel warm and cozy
