    Yes and no.
Indicas are short bushy plants averaging around 3'-4' full size. A 5' indica is huge.
Sativas on the other hand can grow to over 15' tall.
The difference is that, as already mentioned, indicas are much denser growth and buds, so for the same height plants you will get a bigger yield from indica.

But often sativas do have the edge in THC content and make-up producing a much more psychedelic type high than indicas do.

I have some indica tincture that 2 droppers full are like taking sleeping pills LOL.

I usually only know whether I have good weed or not, but with what I have now I can tell with pretty good certainty that one is sativa and one is indica. I'm always speculative of names, but the stuff that was called green crack has a very sativa-like high. I don't have a name for the indica one, but it's a very heavy couchlock.

As far as density, the sativa I have is ridiculously dense. A gram looks like a little more than a .5.

It was the first experience with CB for me and a few others, so on the side of caution it was taken as part of a house warming for one of my friends. So only a few people, but everyone was tripping. I can see how this was the original, the one you would want to make when you could. Although it didn't seem to last as long as other 2c's I found it to have a pretty warm feel to it. Not that I find other 2c an undesirable trip but this one is definitely unique.

Yep. A big reason much of the stuff out there is indica is because it's much easier to grow indoors. A lemon haze i've tried to grow indoors in a tent is a bitch to control, it wants to reach for the sky.
And as for the comments on sativa vs indica, it takes a lot of study (both reading and practice) to narrow in on what effects a particular strain has. Indica tends to be more sleepy, Sativa tends to be more 'up'. But even within one particular genome, things like when the flowers are harvested make a difference. As the thc trichromes mature their chemical composition changes. There are several cannabinoids in weed and they all have an effect on the results you feel.

So in the end, it's not just indica vs sativa, it's the strain, the individual genome, growing conditions, harvest time, etc.

that is all quit true and relevant, but I tend to go with my 35+ years of smoking experience, harkening back to the days when you actually got Thai stick (indica) from Thailand, or good Colombian gold (sativa) from south America and there were very distinct differences.
Today I personally think a lot of the "strains" have been bred into muts with a mix of characteristics but few possessing truly unique and distinct features as it was a few decades ago. I know there are pure strains out there and all that, but going by a lot of what I see in dispensaries and how it's labeled, I will rely on my experience to determine whether it's indica or sativa.
Recently came across an indica at one of my fav dispensaries, Crunchy Chunk, that is the first one I've seen in ages that has the structure, smell, taste and effect I remember from good ole Thai sticks from my youth. :D

Absolutely, and there's no denying individual experience. Just like most things, what one person experiences can be quite different from another.
It's hard to know what to make of the plethora of strains out there. To a certain extent there is a bunch of bs marketing, just like any other commercial venture. When I first decided to try my hand at a sativa (lemon haze) I was quite skeptical of the lemon aspect, until harvest time. It smells like good buds drizzled with lemon juice, I was amazed. People that have tried it have said nothing but good things, even though like you say the flowers are light and airy, nothing like the dense rock hard stuff people expect from dispensaries. Dense to weed is like thick to pancake syrup, has nothing to do with the desired effect.
But ya, nothing like experience and one's own subjective likes and dislikes. My disadvantage is I don't partake, well, very rarely. Back when I was young and smoked all the time, there were varieties with differing qualities, some more sought out than others. Then there were the majority of people that couldn't care less.
Thai stick and south american gold... takes me back. And for pure smoking pleasure and outright couchlock nothing beat the afghani hash the BOEL were bringing in. I still recall learning about the differences between indica and sativa, before indoor became all the rage. When the vast majority of weed was grown outdoors, if the claimed source was accurate you could get an idea of whether something was sativa or not based on location. The indicas do better in the tropics while sativas thrive in the higher/lower latitudes.
Its all very interesting but a full time study...

I agree, it's all mixed junk.

The confusion is added to by the fact that a lot of supposed weed experts or expert stoners (they're from "cali", how could they NOT be experts?) have indica and sativa mixed up, and a generally poor understanding of the whole thing..... or think their strains are a different species.

Fumarate. 15mg up the nose. Not the quick come up that I was looking for, but overall a very good experience. It was a really light trip at times and at other times surprisingly strong. Lots of interesting DMTesque CEV's, and some slight OEV's. The head space was incredibly trippy at times, and I tended to get confused later on in the night over what exactly I wanted to do. I kept laying down and then getting up to do something and having no idea what I was trying to do.

The best way that I could describe the visuals or just the overall feeling, I guess, was that I felt like I was watching a movie of whatever I was seeing. It all looked very cinematic.

oh no, spicey! hope your cat is ok.

the bold part happened to my brother pretty bad on 36 mg oral. he says he didn't really like 4acodmt and i think it's mainly because he felt too scatterbrained on the comedown (from too large of a first time dose i suspect)

underlined part sounds like 4acodmt to me :)

how long did it take to kick in nasally? i felt it within 10 minutes, maybe 5, when i took 45 mg orally. kicked in fast for my bro at 36 too. ~30 mg doses take a little longer for me, but i can't recall how long.
