I've taken Piracetam about a dozen times, I enjoy the clarity of mind and sense of calmness it provides me. I have a fair amount of anxiety which piracetam seems to help with. It hasn't really helped me cut back my drinking yet which I was hoping but seeing how direct an effect it has on my anxiety, I remain optimistic that it may eventually effect my drinking habits.

 

Does it increase productivity?

 

I like to take it for a few days prior to a trip. It don't really get you "high" on it's own, but it does make me feel more mentally sharp. And it seems to kick up a trip a notch in my experience.

 

I took some Piracetam and played Zelda and felt like I got through the level more efficiently does that count ?? Lol

Piracetam is subtle and not stimulating for me and it hasn't been the catalyst for any immediate eye opening changes I should make in my life or anything like that like many of the drugs we discuss here can do. I feel I am more focused at work due to lowered anxiety and it has a slight anti depressive effect as well so it's been beneficial.

 

Anybody watch Wilfred? I just watched the final episode of season two. The main character doses ayahuasca. I don't think they tried to make the trip resemble an actual ayahuasca trip, but a lot of the information was surprisingly factual.

 

never heard of Wilfred until now, but it sounds funny

sounds kinda like this new movie out called Ted about a live teddy bear that smokes weed (voiced by seth mcfarland), i haven't seen that either

 

Seth MacFarlane isnt even funny anymore..

 

I never thought he was funny. Ted was disappointing . . . it's really a romance. There are a few funny scenes but nothing like what you'd think it would be.

 

Maybe someday, someone will rape Seth MacFarlane and leave him in a dumpster.. ya, its funny when it happens to someone else. What the motherfucker does is troll in real life.. If you do that on the internet youll get arrested..

 

I love Wilfred! I've only seen the first season because I thought the 2nd one was all British humor and didn't have Elijah Wood but now that I know I was wrong I'm excited to start them up.

I watched the first half of Ted the other day and I thought the humor while on par with typical Seth humor, it was pretty unique and funny. I need to finish it.

 

I love Wilfred.

Not sure if you guys know this, but our version is just a remake of the Australian version. The same guy plays Wilfred in both of them. When I learned this his Australian accent made allot more sense lol.

 

^I didn't know it was the same actor. That's kind of cool.

I thought Ted was fucking hilarious. I actually really like MacFarlane's humor.

 

I'm going to watch the Australian too. I don't think their humor will differ too greatly.

 

is it on instant netflix? i will have to check.

 

The first season is. The second is pretty easy to find online with reliable streaming.

 

I liked the US version more than the Australian one.. I feel like they did a better job of introducing the characters in the US version whereas it comes on sort of quick in the Australian version. Then again, I haven't seen more than an episode of the Australian so I could be completely wrong about it.

It is an awesome show however. :2thumbsup:
