Here I go with the practical - your dad should take rehab (the exercise part) very seriously. That's what my former friend, the psychologist on pain service at a major teaching hospital said. Failure to do the exercises and related can throw a person into a series of painful and partially effective treatments.

has anyone else had trouble sleeping after using 2c's? Went to sleep at 7 this morning and got up before 11. Its 12 am and I still can't sleep! My eyes are wide open!!

 

What's unusual about getting up before 11am ? I get up earlier than that almost every day, even on the weekends I rarely sleep past 8 no matter how late I stay up.

 

I didn't get an answer in the mxe thread and have read a decent bit from other sources, but how long does mxe seem to last? Also, what is the tolerance like?

Hey Shiv... really sorry to hear about your dad. Hang tough with him, it sounds like he'll have his work cut out but maybe he'll be ok in the end. I'll echo TM's comments... it's all about the rehab.
As for your scale dilemma, here's a pointer. I don't know about the dealx scale and dont know what the other one is you got...
Take your time and be observant. Experiment with something like sugar. Calibrate it. Then as GM said, find something to add to the total weight like a dime or something. A basic rule of load cells (electric weight measuring component) is they are most accurate around mid range.
So if your scale goes from 0 to 1 ounce, it will be most accurate in the .4 to .6 range generally speaking. So, don't try to measure just off of zero. Place something on as tare and either zero the scale or do the math.
A way to get a general idea how accurate you are, when you get to a weight (say 25mg) take it off the scale and put it back, several times. Observe the result. If you're getting an accurate reading it should come close within +/- 2 mgs or so. Close enough for safety with most common RC's.

 

Sorry to hear about your dad Shiviya my dad was laid up for months with a broken neck couple years back and hetoo was the active type and hated it. Thankfully he's okay now and I wish your father all my luck in recovering as soon as possible.

I always get trouble sleeping on 2c paperorpow I din't think that's abnormal at all, I mean like if you got to sleep after tripping or whilst still trippin a bit, I don/t ever expect the best nights sleep!

 

I was up for over 24 hours got less than 4 hours of sleep. It was 7am when I went to sleep not pm lol

The primary effects last ~ 2 hours via IM injection with about an hour of lingering after effects.

The primary effects via insuffalation last ~ 3 hours and about the same amount of lingering after effects as injection.

I have found if I redosed the after effects seem to linger on longer, I did 3 injections one night and was intoxicated for over 12 hours. As far as tolerance goes I get about 1 redose where it can bring me back up and everything after that seems to more or less keep the high going. I have found insuffalated 'bump' redoses pretty much ineffectual after injecting an initial dose.

 

Wow I thought it had a longer duration. Especially since K fans say mxe lasts longer

 

The primary effects of Ketamine is only 45 minutes IM injected and ~ 1 1/2 hour insuffalated.
