^Roger Waters is the man. But I don't understand it when people say that he is a great bass player. Obviously his talent doesn't rely on virtuosic bass playing.

I'm planning on doing ~3g of teh cubensis this weekend, completely in my backyard throughout the night. Since I'm still living with my parents and they'd freak the fuck out if they knew it's ideal for me to trip outside while they sleep. Anyone know what it's like tripping in the dark? I'm excited but sort of nervous I'll get bored. Actually.. there probably isn't anything more interesting that a sky full of stars while tripping..

 

Have seen galaxies being born in the sky.. less visual stimuli may result in more prominent/noticeable oevs

 

Jesus fuck... Salvia is weird. I was stuck in the tv and couldnt figure out how i got there or how to get out. I didnt even remember that i smoked it so i totally couldnt understand what was going on. After a minute of trying to figure shit out i started saying what over and over trying to get the people in the tv to talk to me so i could figure out what was going on. Spliff was like what? He didnt realize i had smoked it already so he didnt know i was trippin out. I couldnt get anything else out but 'what' again. So then i thought, i must be on something and asked what i just smoked lmao. He replied, salvia so i was like wtf when? When?! He said.just a minute ago. This whole time i dont see him, im in the tv. Then he tells me to look at him and i started coming back. I had my hands held up, it felt like i was holding something. He asked what i was holding and i just stared at my hands and was like, idk. Lol just wow...

Never tripped out on salvia that hard. Whew...

that sounds crazy!! How long did the trip last?

 

It felt like forever but the intense shit only lasted like 5-10 minutes i suppose.

 

I prefer all psychedelics at night, I have never tripped during the middle of the day.
I'm not sure about your yard set up, it's hard to get bored on shrooms but having the ability to change venues might be good. Can you leave your yard and go walking around the 'hood, or a park nearby, whatever?
A clear sky is very good to enjoy, I spent a good 1/2 hr watching the sky this past weekend w/ 4 aces. Found a satellite and made patterns with the stars.

GM, that sounds way cool. I have watched milkdrop on sally, but never got sucked in. I did however ride on the lightbeam eminating from the led on the portable hd next to the tv. Was better than a rollercoaster.

 

Woah i had the weirdest dream, in it i was talking to somebody about dreams and how even though so many weird things happen in them you always think its real. Then at the end somewhere i suddenly became lucid and images of my closet door were flashing in different colors before i woke up in a minute, the images exactly matched what i saw when i woke up in relation to how much it was tilted and distance, my eyes must have been slightly open or something.

 

Night trips are much different than day trips, they are way more cerebral ime, the darkness provides a canvas for your psychedelic-fueled imagination to create upon, whereas during the daytime the gross forms of reality are already existing and your trip colors them.

 

Sounds like a solid trip, I definitely relate with the stuck feeling and yes Salvia is a very strange trip.

 

Shrooms arguably benefits moreso than any other psychedelic from the dark. I'd recommend even spending the first half of the trip in your room in silent darkness and then heading outside for the latter half if possible.

How can you make that assertion if you haven't tripped during the day?

I prefer many of the hallucinogenic PEAS during the day myself, if you plan on trying a heavy dose of 2ct7 that would be one I would recommend trying during the daytime.

2ci and mescaline excel during the day for me and 2ct7 which is fairly similar to mescaline, was pretty amazing during the day but I haven't contrasted that one with a night trip. I don't enjoy 2cp really at any time but I did prefer my day trip over my few night trips with it as well.

In regards to Shrooms and LSD I agree with you and you said it well. Mescaline is the opposite for me though, mescaline feels more cerebral during the day for me, my day becomes like this radiating cognitive story of imagination and whim but during the night it's kind of a quieter more grounded trip.

 

Most of my trips for some reason have taking place during the night. Though my most recent trip on mushrooms took place during mid-afternoon while sitting on a hillside.

Tripping during the day is like a whole different ball game! it was great because i felt like everything swaying or dancing along with me, the grass was in different shades of purple, and it was just great to see and feeeeeeel all the life around me. The grass, trees, birds, insects, clouds, the awesome breeze, thunderstorms passing in the distance.. it was almost too much to handle at the time! It's crazy how all these 'marvels' go on around us everyday..and most people never seem to give it any thought. Definitely going to have a nice day trip again! :sunny:

 

Special K for breakfest. I believe i like MXE better. It lasts longer for one yet It is a bit more hmm... whats the word... mechanical? Yeah. K is much more fluffy.

I didn't enjoy my day trip on acid, but not because it was daytime. All of my other trips have been at night, but not outside. I imagine an ideal day trip would consist of exploring, looking at plants and such. All of my other trips have been at night, but not outside. Gosh I miss tripping lol.

I might pick up some MDMA this week! I sort of want to try a hippie flip, plugging the MDMA. Should I save the X for a time to try it alone, or go ahead and hippie flip?

 

Have you taken MDMA before?

If you have never taken mdma before you should save it and take it with a few close friends, or find a rave/concert and take it at that. If you don't have the money/interest for live music or can't find anyone to take it with you I'd just go ahead and hippie flip I guess. I witnessed a friend throw up a whole bunch when he was hippie flipping so you may want to adjust doses, I haven't flipped with shrooms but I've flipped with 4 aco dmt and thoroughly enjoyed it. I prefer oral MDMA to plugging it personally but different strokes.

 

I guess the way that came out I made it sound like I've never tripped while it was still daylight. I did say never during the middle of the day, but I have late going into evening.
The only thing about it I dislike is the bright light with dialated pupils.

But you and Cory paint some alluring pictures... perhaps sometime.

 

i like LSD better in the daytime i think. 2ce maybe better at night. not sure / can't really explain why though

 

I prefer taking 2ce and LSD both in the 3-7 in the afternoon time frame to watch the day turn to night and hopefully get sleep but LSD in particular is a far more a cerebral trip for me at night.
