Iranians aren't Arab, they're Persian. Different people altogther. They are as isolated in the middle East as Israel is. Pakistan is a slave to western interests, but that's about to change. They have their own people to worry about right now. Saudi Arabia is another religious state that needs to bit the dust. It's run by a corrupted mafia style family called Saud. Also close ties to the west. That too will change in the near future. If you feel surrounded, its because you are. Your zionist friends created the nation of Israel and dropped you right in the middle of a hornet's nest. You need to take this up with them. x
i don't know if i could call any of the three abrahamic faiths religions of peace. because they have very violent histories.
Well for starters, you made a thread called "Protest Islam", the original post of which contained absolutely no reasons or validation whatsoever. Just, "Protest Islam", because I said so... This reflects your mentality, disposition, and the kind of thinking you are used to. (or lack thereof). Then you go on to contradict yourself, saying "American Moslems are the alone Moslems that teach love" (a stereotype), yet then tell me that I know nothing of Moslems b/c I am from Georgia... this is what really sealed the deal though.. Stereotypes aren't rational my friend. You need to step outside of the box that you have drawn around yourself, it only serves to hold you back. Maybe when you begin to look at things from different angles, the skewed perception that you currently hold as truth will begin to straight itself out.
i think this is one of the reasons why moslems hate the western world. this hatred began during the peloponnesian war.
Ha well my opinion in this is that... some ppl just like to stir(... excuse my language...) Shit... and protesting an entire religion is trying to start a fight.... sorry... stop seeking attention... lol... this thread really pissed me off at first... but after reading more and more of comments made by the individual that started it... i realized how ignorant they were being.... ha... these kinds of ppl aren't worth the arguement.
its worth standing up for what you believe in. i believe as being one whose traveled to arab lands, that they are a peaceful people. its wrong for americans to stereotype muslims for a few radicals' actions. who do you think started the crusades? who do you think conquered nearly all of europe and part of russia? who do you think eradicated indians? my point? radicals can be found in all religions. the salem witch trials. come on. use your head. ever heard of the red scare? think history repeats itself? how many crusades were there? how many times does the western world conflict with the eastern world? this is all a scare. stereotypes and accusations with the blame game by ethnicity.
There is certainly fault with both sides, but the fact remains that zionist Jews started this mess. Look at this cartoon below. Very very accurate. x
it dates back to before then. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_the_Jews ::::: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_islam :::: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_christianity
I'm a big fan of Carlos Latuff's work. He's known internationally for his abilty to key on the world's problems. He draws what I think. And I have over 200 images devoted to nothing but the Palestinian cause. That should take us a while, eh? x
well it went both ways for the jews, although im not sticking up for them i stick up for what i believe in. the indians were slaughtered, though, the mindframe that the white people had was called manifest destiny. they believed that god destined them to fill the indian lands. zionism is wrong for it did cause a cataclysm in the middle east. it was not the jews that picked the west bank for habitation, it was the newly organized UN. the palestinians occupied what was once part of persia.The turmoil between the ancient israeli-jews, and the palestinians shared tensions and turmoil dating pre-christ era. Angered that their land was taken, the palestinians started to rebel the UN resolution of 1948 and attacked their infant jewish neighbors, starting the arab-israeli war of 1948. see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1948_A...olt_.281936.E2.80.931939.29_and_its_aftermath
The early times were more tribal conflicts than anything else. That still goes on today in many parts of the Middle East. Political zionism was born just over a 100 years ago. Most Arabs don't have a problem with Jews from a religious standpoint. Its the political agenda of the zionists that is at the center of it all today. The leader of Iran has made it very clear that his problem is with the zionist government of Israel and not the Israeli people themselves. But of course when you have a zionist influenced media in the west, that part of the message never gets heard. This results in soundbites that you can stitch together to make them say things out of context. x
im not going to argue with that. i felt a hint of anti-semitism, thats all. Israel wants to be known as a "sovereign"(sp) nation. Irans idealisms of wiping zionism off of the map is radical. what needs to be changed in this world is the influence of media.
