I am talking about the administration and owners, for example Microsoft would work far better if they sacked Bill Gates,Steven Ballmer,ect and turned into a democratic co-op.

As you would no longer be working for owners but you and your fellow comrands, the larger pie the larger your share.

Why would we still have a capitalist style education system? There would no longer be Colleges and Universites under the for profit model infact most could be taught via peers and on the job training.

Everyone is a gear in society and important, society can't work if any gear is missing, without the trashmen we would die in our own filth.

I am trained as a electronic technician yet I refuse to look down on my comrads as I am one with them.

 

With training alot can, currently education is a under a for profit model thus less people are skilled labour then want to be.

The demand for skill workers is limmited plus unskilled tasks still need to be done.

Right, it is not like those doing unskilled labour are lazy, they are doing hard work that needs to be done. Thus if physical labourers have equal wealth as you (by them having more and you having the same) what is wrong?

 

China just recently added hooters to their country...Personally, any country with a hooters is as capitalistic as you can get

 

When Marxist and Anarchist talk about private property they are referring to the means of production, thus they are aginst the idea of a factory and its output being private property, yet a home is a different story, as for inheritance as we are not talking about the means of production inheritance is reduce to a home and other personal ownings.
