You sound pretty pissed. Is it really a big deal? Your car has some scratches on it. It still drives, doesn't it?
Nope It Don't, Read Her Post Again, It's Missing TWO TIRES OUT OF 4... Cheers Glen. EDIT:- 5 If You Count The Spare....
A shotgun is cheaper than insurance. Load it up with some beanbag rounds and sit out in your rocking chair like Clint Eastwood in Gran Tarino.
Worst advice in this thread. You'll get her charged with assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery. Firearms can only be legally used to defend people, not property. You need to be able to claim that you feared for your life, or for the life of others before you pull the trigger. And using non-lethal ammo is usually accepted as proof that you didn't actually fear for your life. And to top it all off, your advising her to do this where she lives so that the cops can track her down easier ? Edit - Having the shotgun isn't a bad idea, its use just need to be restricted to shooting people that try to forcibly enter the house.
put a Mannequinsin the seat, with a halloween mask on it.. they will never know if its a fake person or not.. http://www.zingdisplay.com/Poseable-Mannequins-s/262.htm
Problems in the Ghetto! If I owned ghetto property I'd put cheap motels on em and charge unsuspecting thimbles and tophats rent to fund my more upscale projects by waterworks.
Point A: I was completely joking. I don't condone violence over vandalism. Point B: All criminal code within the states except piracy and counterfeiting and a few others are decided upon by a state or municipal level, so what's illegal (deadly force) for property defense in your state might not be illegal in Florida. Deadly force for defense of property is legal in Texas.
Dunno where the fuck YOU live..... But in MY redneck state, you can shoot someone for being on your property, NO questions asked.... And you might be able to get away with it if they looked at you wrong from off your property.
If someone comes on my property, I can shoot them. If my car is parked on the street and it gets vandalized or stolen, that's another matter. There have been people convicted of manslaughter in my city for shooting car thieves because their car was on apartment property or on the curb. I think all of the Gulf Coast States have fairly similar laws on that issue.
I could have sworn that I read that she was married in another thread . Considering she was saying how ghetto her neighborhood was, I thought she was being targeted for being white. At least that's what my experiences from living in New Orleans would lead me to believe.
Yeah right. Tell that to this guy: http://www.truecrimereport.com/2011/04/randy_scott_digennaro_guns_dow.php
Actually, a Baton Rouge jury has upheld the right to shoot trespasser's even when the trespassing is accidental. Not that I agree with the idea of shooting someone except under extreme circumstances. But where I live it is legal.
happens all the time where I live. teenagers get bored and think it is exciting to go around and randomly mess people cars up and break peoples windows and steal stuff. they do it to both business owners and house owners. can be anything from getting your house drenched in broken eggs, to dog shit thrown at your garage, to people pouring junk all over your lawn, to rocks denting your car, windows broken. different colors of paint splashed on your car, and more. do not wanna say to much because some of these naughty kids might read this and get some new ideas. sad thing is since most of these immature kids are 13-17 they do not even get sent to jail long if caught.
