I'm wondering if this is another one that had cancer and didnt tell anyone, or complications arising from...

 

seems like they are up to removing his work from sites again..

 

I was informed of this at about noon, before economics class. and now I see it on the Internet finally. Of course the person who told the person who told the person who told the person who told the person who told the person who told me probably saw it on the internet, posted on the internet by some one who was told of this by a person who told them this, who was told by another person who told that person this ... that probably saw it on the internet.

 

I'm wearing purple in mourning. Fuck wearing black for that funky motherfucker!

the title to this thread is terrible...prince deserves better....a dated title is more formal and appropriate when someone awesome passes away

it is a news section....something resembling a news headline is a far better choice.....this title reads like a cheap tabloid at the check out line....i expect better from educated people

Ive just read it was a drug overdose. Apparently he had visited a pharmacy 4 times in the week he died.

 

I can't believe this...

Its unreal. I'll forever associate him with Michael Jackson, BUT ALWAYS completely different.

I hope they're playing some bad rockin' music right now.

Stop spreading rumors! He had recently been hospitalized for an illness, and had every right to visit a pharmacy.

Among all the big rock stars, Prince had one of the cleanest reputations. No scandals, almost no accusations, over a very long career.

We will have a coroner's report in a matter of days, with an official cause of death listed.

 

TMZ first reported that Prince was given a "save shot" for a drug overdose during an emergency landing 6 days ago. All the news has picked this story up.

 

All I know for true now, is that the world feels like a lonelier place without him. I bought Purple Rain CD last night on ebay, as i cannot find the long unedited versions on u-tube anywhere. I also really like songs 1999 and red Corvette....fun songs......

 

May of had a low tolerance to opiates
Was a little person
I took two Percocet last night and was completely wasted
Much different than my tolerance a few weeks ago
Just speculating of course

 

Fuck TMZ. It's illegal for that hospital to disclose any information about his treatment.

 

I think TMZ said it was info from one of Prince's people.

 

I'll still withhold judgment until I hear something much more official.

 

I'm wouldn't judge him anyway.

 

yeah, me either....never judge him.....I think people are just trying to fully understand what has really happened....and are speculating, is all.....I said in the other thread, people want to understand....tabloids out there....spreading rumors?...perhaps....but I guess no one is around to sue them, either, if they are rumors now, which is sad.
