Yes you do dry weight. Fresh weight is roughly ten times the dry weight. When you are buying an ounce of boomers you want 28 grams of DRIED Shrooms. The number of shrooms will depend on species and the growing an 1/8 of cubenis is usually 2-4 shrooms

Prices vary from place to place. Few mushrooms + high demand = people paying high prices.
