    Sight still bad but heart infection okay now.
    Making a new eye appointment tomorrow since I was in hospital and missed the last one.
    Red tape screw ups and I just got home a few hours ago!

    To support your immunity, I would suggest keeping up the CORRECT dose of vitamins C and D. 60mg of C and (I cant remember so you will need to read the bottle) on vitamin. D. If you have not taken them before, have a quick word with your doctor first. As I mentioned previously, don't waste money on fancy versions, the active ingredient is identical.
    Also, avoid any supplements containing Potassium, unless they are specifically prescribed by your CARDIOLOGIST. Potassium is a trace element in the blood and if any excess gets through it can do a lot of harm, particularly to your heart.
