well, the difference here is that i believe (some) drugs are a gateway to further spirituality, or whatever you may be looking for. not to confuse that with religion, of course... some people use to get "fucked up". and that's fine, i don't care what others do with their bodies, but moderation is key. even with pot.
do you do tobacco enema's too? the first use of tobacco was to get an enema, and then a psycadelic experince would ensue that the native people of central america used to gain a higher spiritual understanding
Interesting, I haven't heard of that... But I know some native american tribes use peyote to gain understanding. They have permission by the gov't, too...
my thoughts exactly. (certain) drugs help expand my mind, higher my level of thinking, make me feel at one with nature, bond and unite with ppl around me (the wonderful effects of ecstasy) ect. some could say that it is pathetic that i need drugs to do this; but they will not truely understand until they have done it and had the experiences i have. i have no problem whatsoever with non drug users but i get offended when they avidly bash the use of drugs when they themselves have not experienced it. u live ur way, but just let me live my way in peace, without the lectures...

It may be illegal, but I don't really care. As long as I don't get caught, it's all good. I use responsibly, what's the big deal? Not just "using", persay, but expanding to a point beyond normal consciousness. If you think gaining knowledge about yourself and everything around you in an alternative way is a waste of time, fine.

I don't smoke weed for a number of reasons... 1) I find it vile 2) The whole concept of drugs has never sat well with me... 3) Looking at people who are regular users is....frightening 4) The long term evidence that weed is beaucoup bad shit is too much to ignore
weed is not a drug, its an herb looking at weed users you cannot tell them from anyone else looking at heroin or crack users however can be freightening i smoke weeed, yet i will never ever touch any other drug, including asperin all the long term evidence was purely falsified. there is no long term effects of weed, however, if you severely overuse, the effects can take months to go away. however occassional use is perfectly fine for anyone relatively mature i dont recommend it for anyone too young however.. doyou know how they "proved" it causes brain cell loss? they put monkeys in airtight boxes, inundated them with smoke for hours..& then counted dead braincells..interestingly enough, the exact same results can be found by repeating the experiment with no smoke at all.. so why the brain cell loss/ simple, lack of oxygen how did they "prove" it causes car crashes? testing urine, which only proves someone smoked in the past 2 months nearly 1/3 of the population has smoked in the past 2 months, so theres your statistics proving it causes car crashes..see how easy it is to "prove" anything they want?
