Highly possible they just thought his soul was stuck It could be an (albeit misguided) attempt to help the guy out! Ah yes, the glorious middle ages... when there was so much left to discover
It were the dark ages. They would tap off your blood in an attempt to cure you.. Just sayin And sometimes a soul gets stuck real good. You just gonna leave it in there then!?
No I get it, I know about their idiotic medical practices back then- removing bad blood and all that nonsense. I’ve just never saw or heard of the other nonsense.
That’s pretty interesting! That place has to be riddled with ghosts- I think I would find it hard to work there.
I'm reading Candide which is a novel that satirizes it's 18th century world when it was written and it makes Game of Thrones seem like wholesome Family Entertainment. (I've only seen a few episodes of GoT, statement was probably a bit hyperbolic)
For the life of me I never had any interest in watching it, but when I finally did, I admit- I got hooked!!
I think I would have thoroughly enjoyed it had I consistently watched it when it was on but now it's over and I've heard too many murmurings about a disappointing ending and a lot of the story. But if it depicts ass cheeks being sliced off to provide food during a famine maybe I'll consider it, Candide has just about piqued my interest as to what that might look like.
Pontiac Trans-Sport concept car 1986 They turned it into a dust buster once it was released to the public. How sad
