Hey Fleassy... I had a LOT of lower abdominal pain with my healthy pregnancies, cramping, almost like when I was on my period. My OB reassured me that it was caused by the ligaments of my uterus stretching, and not to worry unless the pain was severe and accompanied by bleeding. It was still nerve-racking at times though, and I spent a lot of time in the bathroom checking to make sure I wasn't bleeding. As far as what to do...there never really seems to be a "right" time to have a baby. Even with my planned pregnancies, I was terrified once I realized that I was indeed pregnant. Let's face it, it's a big step in your life and it's only natural to be afraid. Your body is going through a whirlwind of hormonal and physical changes. I myself have been pregnant four times. My first pregnancy was a miscarriage, my second was when I had my oldest son, who is now 5 years old. My third pregnancy was another miscarriage, and my fourth was when I had my twins, who are now 2 years old. The thing you have to remember is that the most important thing that you can give to your children is love. Material possesions do not matter to a young child. They will love you unconditionally. Of course there's nothing wrong with wanting more for your child, but that can also come with time. You have to do what you feel is right in your heart at this moment in time, whatever that may be. {{{BIG HUGS}}} and good luck...
