Historically men havent been victims of sexism (in the same destructive way women have) so its almost a completely different statement to make. Men haven't historically had to fight for equality with women (as a sex issue) so I think nakidness for men dosn't have the same connotations. *edit* p.s. the thought had crossed my mind, but for the reasons above i decided it was more likely to invalidate my stance. Well this is true, but believe me men generally will feel threatened by images like that (even if only slightly). It's like a threat to their prowess, masculinity, attractiveness and loads of other things including their 'oldschool' values. I'm sure you've read articles where some men are saying they're confused to their role nowadays because values have changed so much. Doesn't make it right though, and hopefully it doesn't invalidate anything else, equality is important on both sides. Maybe sex discrimination should be a whole new topic because it covers so many other areas.
