Poll: Do you have a best friend?

Oh, and I have a best friend. He's my weedman, actually. My weedman is also my cousin-n-law, but I consider him my cousin. Every time I visit him, he smokes over an ounce of weed with me; right now it's purp that he also sells to me for $65 1/2oz. We just hang out until 6am playing video games, listening to music, and getting fukt up. Quality time.

The only person I can call my best friend would be my sister. I have many close friends, but none that are there for me like my big sis is. We've allways been close, and she's allways looked out for me in every way she could. I couldn't ask for a better best friend.

My boyfriend is definitely my best friend. He was my best friend before we became intimate, and he is still my best friend. I don't know what I'd do without him.

 

Precisely my point of view

 

I thought that I had a very close friend. I told her things that I wouldn't dream of telling anyone else, and we would talk or spend time together for hours. Now I don't even know her. She, along with a couple of my other "friends," have done a few things that really hurt me. We also don't even relate anymore. I guess we just took different paths in life, but I do miss all of the great times.

My best friend...we've been friends since I was 14, and she was 15. We're more like sisters really. What's great about our friendship is that neither one of us gets pissed at the other if we don't talk that often, because we know that we still love one another regardless. We're both busy with our husband and kids, we live hours away from one another now, but when we do get to talk or spend time with one another, it's always a blast. Time doesn't change a thing with her and I.

Awww, now I'm missing her. I need to give her a call.

I have known my best friend since I was like 15 or 16. we have been friends for over 20 years. God we still start shit and have tons of fun when we are together. We were such bitches and trouble makers.......not much has changed.

 

i guess my best friend right now is my boyfriend... i never really get that close to people, mostly i prefer being on my own with only a little socialisation everyday.

I knew this girl for a few years, and from the first time we hung out we just "clicked". I told her things that I never thought I'd tell anyone besides my sister, and it went both ways because she told me things that no one else in the world knew. I never thought I would be able to get so close to a woman without any romantic feelings invloved. We were like peas and carrots lol. Then I started dating her sister and for some reason we didn't hang out near as much...It just wasn't the same. Even after her sister and I broke up, I didn't see her for a couple of months. Then randomly one day I ran into her, and we hung out all night like we used to and talked for hours. She died in a car accident two days later. If I didn't see her that night and get things right again I don't know how I would have lived with that.

My best friend lives half a country away. For some weird reason, I stay closer to those who I am distant from. Our friendship has withstood some trust breaches and strengthened all the more because of them. We've overcome being in love with the same guy and reallized how petty it was to let a guy break two great friends apart. I can tell her anything and she can ddo the same with me. The only problem is we rarely talk anymore because she's in a rather controlling relationship. It's okay, though, because I know she's too smart to stay tied down like that forever.

Daniel's pretty much my other best friend, he knows me better than any other human being, and loves me despite all of my weird quirks and flaws. We're more friends than lovers and I think that's what makes a good relationship.
