Greengirl, those are really nice feet! You should definitely take more pictures of them.

Schnuti - I guess it's all in how people take care of them. I have a lot of women ask me my "secret" for keeping my feet so nice and it's pretty simple - regular upkeep. But I'm sure that the guys here have no problem with you thinking that our feet are "sexy". I for one sure don't.

barefoot_kirstyn - You've got some nice toes and toe rings there, girl! I'm sure looking forward to the "better" pic of them you've promised to post for us. And thank you very much for the most wonderful compliment - it was truly a nice thing to say and I appreciate your kindness. Since you said that you always put your feet on the dashboard like that, I sure would love to see a picture of your feet on your dashboard - it's one of my favorite things to see, especially in summertime when they are propped up real high near the windshield or out the window.

I enjoyed a little barefoot stroll through the park at the end of this past week, and got to relive one of my happier childhood memories - swinging on a swingset, kicking my bare feet in the dirt.

 

lol, that's exactily what I do all the time, out the window or right up by the window! I don't know what it is, but it makes me feel so carefree, happy and relaxed. I'll be sure to get the pic of my feet up there!
and the compliement was a no-brainer, like I said, you have got the most gorgeous feet I've ever seen....although I like to go barefoot, I don't usually fine feet "attractive," but yours are different!
and yes, thank you as well for the compliment ; it's a nice change from having them pushed away at home, where barefeet aren't a great thing, which kinda sucks...but meh, what can ya do? But hearing things like that about them make me feel better, so thanks again
Don't you just love kicking your feet around in the sand and dirt!? I've been going to the beach almost everyday for the last 3 weeks, and I just love twirling my feet around in the sand for hours...or walking right at the shore where the waves just wash up on the sand, in about 3 inches of water, jumping up on the rocks you come across along your path, the wet sand just barely sinking below your soles and in between your toes...there's nothing else like it in the world.

Thanks again for the sweet compliments. Having a woman find my feet attractive is one of the finest feelings to me. That's so cool that you enjoy having your feet up on the dash. Safety concerns aside, I love seeing a cute pair of feet so visibly on display like that. If I saw you driving by with your feet up on the dash, I'd definitely pull alongside so I could watch them for a while!

How come your feet are geting pushed away at home?! I would be pulling them closer and I'd give you pedicures every day!!

Yeah it's funny I don't really like getting my feet dirty per se, but if its sand or dirt or grass, I'm right there. I mowed the lawn barefoot this weekend, and I even built a barbeque pit all without shoes. My feet got so much dirt on them! And yeah squishy sand between one's toes is hands-down one of the best "barefoot" experiences. It must be, because even shoe-wearing folks talk about that feeling a lot.

It's funny though...we must be kindred sprirts because that specific experience you talked about...walking right along the shore leaping from rock to rock...I LIVE for that. A few weeks ago I was at the beach doing just that for about 3 hours (I would post the pics I took but I was also nude on that trip so...)

Yeah I like long toes too...stubby toes aren't ugly or anything, I just find that my eyes linger a lot longer on toes that are nice and slender. I have seen some that are a little too long for my liking though...almost like fingers. I'm sure a lot of the folks on the forum would love to see yours too!

that's so weird about the shore/rock thing, I've never met ot talked to anyone who loves that like I do. I just love it, there's no other way to explain it. Everything in life just fades in importance and all I can think about is how at peace I am. It's the one thing I can do to completely escape
yeah, as for my feet being pushed away....I really am an outsider in my family, as everyone HAS to have shoes or socks or slippers on. Heck, even when I was pregnant and my feet were swollen so bad I COULDN'T wear shoes, even if i wanted to, no one would touch them....it kinda sucked.
but the virtual pedicures help, lol
I don't like getting my feet dirty only for the fact that it's a pain in the ass to clean the carpet at home after getting them all messy.....and cleaning them afterwards, too....I can't touch the bottom of my feet. Other people can, other things can, but I can not touch the bottom my own feet. It's like running nails down a chalk board, know what I mean? Strange trait in a barefooter, eh?
But I must agree with you, the feeling of the sand, dirt and grass is unbelievable. It's all nature's carpet
And you've got guts for buliding the bbq pit barefoot! I'd be really freaked out that I'd drop something on my foot.....sometimes I'm a little too clumsy for my own good

I've got basically everything I want; I'm moving in september, starting college....life is good ( )....but yeah, a digital cam is always nice to have, too, especially since I'm a photo freak! I had a nice camera, but my sister smashed it a few months ago, and the chances of it being replaced are slim to none.

 

I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll get one. I'd love to see your toe rings and tattoo close up. I always love to check out the different designs people choose for those things - it says a lot about a person. My new signature image has a close up of my toe rings (both just plain etched footprints) which I've been wearing nonstop for a couple years now. They're sort of special in that they are the 100th and 101st toe rings I've bought (yes I have kept count )!

 

oy, wish I would have read this first, lol, but as I posted before, I have the same one!!! I also have one that's got faint stars, one that's just plain silver, and one that is black with moons and stars on it in silver.
I took a couple photos at the beach of my feet today (lol, my oma kept asking what the heck I was taking pictures of my feet for)..I got one in the lake and 2 on the sand. I'll post them in about a week once they're developed...gotta wait to get home to do that at walmart. I paid $25 for one set and one CD a couple weeks ago here....too expensive. So yeah, I'll have some new ones...I should be able to get the dashboard one in the roll too...if not, I have another roll to fill, and I'll wait til that one.

Wow, $25 IS expensive for a roll, even with the exchange rate. Do they have Ritz camera stores up where you are? I use them all the time because they have a program - you pay $15.00 for the year and then you get either free doubles on every roll, or you get a free roll of film. If you take a lot of pictures the old fashioned way, it's a great deal. They also do a great job of processing digital pics...you can upload directly to their web site, and print them out for like 19 cents a copy.

Yeah, Walmart (as much as I hate them) deveolps my film for about $9-$10 which includes a CD. Can't really beat that.
I couldn't get over how much this palce wanted, and unbelivabely (sp?) they're the only 1 hour photo shop in the city. You'd think there'd be more since it's such a tourist spot.....Sicamous didn't have a place to get it done, and since we had gone into the city, I needed them done that day and wasn't about to wait a week to get them. I even checked Safeway and stuff and they all wanted around the same price as that $25 place, along with a week's wait. It sucked.
And to top it off, the photos were horrible!! I mean, I just bought the camera here for $10, so I didn't have high expectations, but the photos ended up all beige! I was not impressed, to put it mildly.
I just really hope I get that digi cam, lol

They didn't really say too much about me taking picturs of my feet...just gave me some sideways looks and asked what the heck I was doing. I said, "I wanna take some pictures of stuff...my feet just happen to be in the middle of the viewfinder."
They didn't say much after that...they laughed at the picture of my feet I have in my sig when they saw it. I believe their exact words were, "leave it to Kirsten." They think I'm weird.

 

That's not too stranger I guess, as tourist traps typically know that they can charge you whatever they want because it's the only choice much of the time. And then to not even get the color right is just pathetic. Disposable cameras are actually quite good for the money so if they cam out all beige, it was most likely the development place screwing it up...of course once you go digital you never go back to traditional photographs.

I've used that answer before too when asked my I have pictures of my feet on my computer - although for me the best excuse if "I was practicing with my zoom lens" because close ups of my feet are actually a really good way to get good with quick zooms and focusing. ;-)

And yeah, everyone probably thinks people like us are weird. They don't know that it's THEM that are weird though. We're the normal ones!
