Your soles are, IMHO, immaculately clean especially after scrubbing them for the first time in 5 years:2thumbsup:
Out in the yard after work, rained all morning long including when I went out on my lunch break. It was awesome!!!
Walking over dewy wet grass, which had been cut recently got me "grass feet" this morning... it was neat, that they left the clippings lying there after mowing the lawn in my favourite park... Wiggling bare, grassy toes, ~*Ganesha*~
When reflexologists would design elevator floors, they'd all look like this: This knobby metal surface was a great free sole massage tool for me, but is most likely designed as an anti-skid measure for shoddists. Feet in the morning sun, temperatures around 40F, hence the nice pink glow, indicating my circulation working 100 %: These two were taken yesterday morning, while working some Sunday overtime at the office... and without bosses around, I could wear my personal Sunday best (sarong outfit) - see the "What are you wearing barefoot today" thread for a whole body picture... ok so newbie here just realized this thread was for people who practice being barfoot....i'm the idiot with the flip flops on....:frown:
Yup, you're close. Real close. All is forgiven if you just throw those nasty flips in the trunk of your car.
Thats a great point G! There are lots of those concrete bobbly surfaces on the sidewalks in london near street crossings, to help warn the partially sighted of the danger. I always make a point of walking over those - free foot massage!
First ever photo of my barefeet since I started three months ago. Camera shy a little. Heh. Pardon if it's a small pic. Not sure why it resized.
Taking my usual barefoot Sunday stroll in the nearby park, feeling some natural ground underfoot, I also enjoyed one of the typical fall treats for bare feet: After walking on leaves, damp and cool grass and soil and the sandy paths, I sat down on a bench, enjoying the view, and suddenly felt something on my left foot, as an unexpected passenger was trying to hitch a ride on my ankle... I bet that shod people just don't know about moments like these... Oh, indeed, I came across these things, mostly placed at ped crossings here, too, when doing my Saturday shopping: I regularly walk over them, as well. Wiggling bare toes, ~*Ganesha*~
