yeah it was a cultural event in my city and the turkish pavillion was in a hockey rink, as were a few others hehe. lots of rinks all over the place up here

wish i could help you bro, still living with my parents. i would if i could. get up here if you can, it's pretty nice. but you trade some good things for some bad things man . . . like alcohol costs like 500% more up here than in the states.

toronto is very cool man. i'm told it's like a clean NY, lol. Vancouver . . . is much more shady. There are some really nasty areas where you see nothing but homeless people shooting crack on the road and just really not nice overall, but of course the drug scene is out of this world lol. but toronto's drug scene ain't nothin to sneeze at either

i actually live just outside toronto in a small suburb, sometimes called the backyard of toronto. but it's just a 20-40 minute drive depending on traffic and i've been there lots. lots to do, lots lots lots.

 

i guess i'd just have to have my buddies send me alcohol from the states
i'll make it up there one of these days. I have to conquer the Pacific Northwest here in the USA first, then Canada.

I'm tired of living in suburb man. I mean I still live in KC, but on the outer edge of it outside the main city. I can't wait to live right in the middle of everything, at least just to try it out.
