I've had lots of pulled muscles, and no, the pain does not come and go for pulled muscles.

The stomach pain from my spirit guides does, however. And there's more than just pain from them. Be alert for a sensation like a heat lamp inside your lower abdomen.

 

So finding a logical answer. Might not be the case. I was hurting all day. So if I read tonight and it comes back then I will rethink this. I feel great now.

Zengizmo, "unfathomable depth in the background".....hmmm. That would probably explain why it is so difficult to simply drive him out of my world. There seems to be unwillingness for him to be gone, coming from both directions. There has to be some sort of entanglement reaching way back but I'm so involved in the now that I cannot see the past and what I need to do to "right" things.

 

Get to the place in the now where the past doesn't matter.

Thanks z. i really appreciate your care, time and advice. Yes, I'll do what you say, find some way of regaining my privacy. There was a third party whom i always saw as a dark force and trouble maker, he has a lot to answer for. That entity caused me more grief than you could believe. Hope the smug imbecile is happy with itself. i was fine till i ran into it. yes it is a person of sorts. A 'friend?' of the ex.
Thanks again. I'll move through the appropriate channel. There is a wise Father figure in my life, he takes care of most things, especially the dark stuff. Hopefully he will continue to be there for me. I'll talk to him about it. Hand it over, so to speak.

Hi Faelixx, thanks for the picture. First thing I am seeing is her holding herself up or trying to stand. ok as I look at her she smiles and I see a tooth sparkling now what does this mean. Like on Home alone when the cop is in the home and his gold tooth shines. Did she like playing cards? She reminds me a lot of my mother. My mom used to lick her fingers to get better grip on the cards. This was brought to me. I am seeing a bed made but the covers are folded down on an angle. I am hearing Aunt. Did he husband pass first because I see her looking for him. Question for you I am being shown a thing that stamps the back of letter right where the seam is. I have seen this done some where before maybe in a movie or something. Do you know CARL I am hearing that name. I just had a young man in military uniform pass by. This could be someone in her life but I feel this was the past I am seeing. My chest is feeling strange. Left side where the heart is. I heard boiling potatoes. I love fried potatoes. It is drug damaged and channels very dark stuff. Not sure if he is aware of it, tho the actions are far from that of a spiritual person. They are persecutory, nasty, cruel. This is the fruit of evil, not good. so yeah. The actions come from darkness, which is unhuman. I can only forgive and forget. Emphasis on forget.
