It is a key but it doesn’t turn anything on or off.

This is probably way off, but I'm going with a combo wine bottle/beer bottle opener.

 

Close enough in my book. It’s a key to wind a grandfather clock. Dang I thought that would be a little more difficult lol.

Yes I have the clock, but it hasn’t worked in ages.
I guess it’s really a baby grandfather clock…..it’s the closest thing I’ll ever own to the real thing lol.
